Worst experience. The customer care representative gave me an appointment between 4-5 pm but the bank said they closed and even after showing appointment email they were not willing to help me further and their behaviour was very rude. Worst experience.

There's 3 teller open up but they work so slow. I'm the first in line and have waited over 30min. Even thought the teller have issue dealing with the customer, I do not see any manager come out for support Will not come here again.

Appalling and disgusting. They can't properly conduct business. I would avoid this location at all costs. Always a waste of time here, incompetent staff and they really do not value customer service whatsoever.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this branch. Despite the common practice of holding large bank drafts, staff at other banks always resolve this by sending a fax to verify with the issuing bank. Shockingly, the staff here insisted on holding the draft, claiming the issuing bank wouldn't respond to faxes for verification. Whether the issuing bank responds to faxes is their responsibility, not yours. Your responsibility is to send the fax. I felt shocked and helpless when the customer service representative said, 'No, I can’t help you,' to me! Having worked in a bank, I am well aware of how to handle this situation, and it's evident that this branch lacks the willingness to assist customers!Once the money available, I will transfer all my money to other bank and close all my CIBC account!! I believe they don't care at all about losing a loyal customer. I don’t know why I have been using CIBC for 7 years. Ridiculous.

I went to this branch to have my GIC account activated but instead got an appointment for a week later. The person assigned to me was Leslie and when I reached out to him for my booking he did not pick my call. Also at 2:20 he called me saying that your booking is cancelled because you were not at the branch and we only wait for 20 minutes. Even after saying that I'm on my way he was laughing and said that it is not his problem. No one told me that the appointment was only for 20 minutes and when I tried reaching out to him he did not pick up. This is such unprofessional behaviour and when asked if I can speak to his supervisor he said she is not available. I was wondering why we don't hear the name CIBC among good banks but I know now. When asked what's the next possible appointment I can get he said it will be for the next week. This branch is not customer friendly at all.

We have banked here since they opened this branch. Have always had good service, there have been hiccups and the issues resolved promptly. I don’t speak Cantonese or Mandarin and have never had an issue.

This CIBC branch is great for quick ATM transactions as there are 3 ATM machines. One ATM can withdraw $100 bill and another one can withdraw US dollars.However, if you need teller assistance, then be prepared to queue up and wait for your turn. This is no fault of the CIBC staff as they are courteous and efficient. Many staff members can provide assistance in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. It just seems the customers who come to this CIBC branch for teller assistance have numerous transactions to be completed at once, hence the long wait times.
