BEWARE BRIDES! Do not buy their "in-house" brands as these dresses are from Taobao (Chinese shopping platform) for less than 10-20% of their retail price. Many of their cocktail/formal dresses are also likely sourced from Taobao. My friend bought one last year and later found the exact same style on the website. I remembered the dresses I tried on from memory and found the exact same styles on the Chinese platform.
They are also very strict on photos and had very pushy sales tactics. They would not let me take a single photo on my phone and instead took it on theirs, and told me they would only send me photos after I purchased from them. Not only I felt my privacy was intruded, I felt harrassed as they stayed in the dressing room as me so that I wont be able to sneak in photos. Later on they kept gaslighting me how I have to buy the same day otherwise the discounts will fall away tomorrow. It's very obvious why they would not let their customers take photos, they are afraid customers would google reverse image search and find the same dresses on Taobao for a fraction of the price.

There was a good selection of fitted and ballgown dresses that ranged from simple to extravagant! I loved how there was a 1:1 personal shopping experience and I could browse for as long as I needed. The staff members were nice and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to every bride out there!

I bought two dresses here - one for ceremony and one for reception. Honestly I’ve tried on more than 15 dresses already - and I’ve gotten more confused than ever about the style I like.
After trying out a few here, I finally found my dream dresses! And the second dress was love at first sight!! I like how there dresses are such easy fit and I could totally imagine the final look. Super nice sales too! Not pushy at all and she gave professional comments that are super helpful. Clean venue and styles are versatile - perfect for anyone who hasn’t had a specific style in mind. Although don’t be surprised if you find THE ONE on the first attempt
Picking ‘the one’ dress can be exciting but at the same time it was time consuming and exhausting for me. Now I’m super relieved that I could move on to the next stage. And I can’t wait to wearing my beautiful dresses soonnn!

Just bought my wedding dress here and it was a wonderful experience! The lady was very nice and helpful, lots of dress selection at different price points, and nice sitting area for family! Huge mirrors and changing room. Would recommend, the dresses were very pretty and it was so hard to choose!

We went shopping here for my daughter’s wedding dress and had a great experience. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable, and knew a lot about designs/styles suited for different body types. We ended up getting her bridal gown from here, would recommend for anything going wedding dress shopping!

We drove all the way from Cleveland, Ohio (a state in America, 5 hours away) and they denied us of entry. They said that we could look through the store but they stayed following us the whole time. And they literally kicked us out, and obviously locked the door behind us.
