If you're a fan of Asian beauty products and skincare, then this place is an absolute treasure trove! They carry an impressive selection of popular brands like TirTir, Rom&nd, Judydoll, Mediheal, &honey, Fino (Shiseido), Softymo cosmetics, and Beauty of Joseon, just to name a few. If you're on the hunt for a viral product, chances are you'll find it here!
While I'm not a huge makeup enthusiast, I am passionate about skincare, and this store has everything I need. They also offer a fantastic range of Korean bubble hair dyes, which I love to use when I want to change up my look. The beauty section is quite spacious, although some aisles can get a bit congested, especially during peak hours. If you find it too crowded, they have another location at First Markham Place, right next to Best Shop which I believe are all under the same ownership.
One of the best things about this store is the frequent deals and promotions. You can often find the hottest products on sale, making it very affordable to stock up on your favorites. In addition to beauty products, they also carry a variety of household items like socks, hair accessories, shower and bath essentials, diffusers, aromatherapy products, and even press-on nails. It's a great one-stop shop for all your beauty and personal care needs!
While I haven't personally sought assistance from the staff, I believe they are friendly and helpful. The cashiers are particularly nice, and I have a preference for the female cashier over the male cashier who worked there previously. Overall, my experiences have been great, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to explore the wonderful world of Asian beauty products. You won't be disappointed!

The staff here are super helpful and made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. As a skincare lover, this store is heaven to me with its wide variety of beauty products, from skincare to makeup. However, I do wish they offered online shopping or updated their promotions online so I could order more frequently and get delivery, especially since I live quite far from Scarborough. It would make shopping here even more convenient!

They have some great products but double check with the store across called (the best shop) for a price difference. Some things are ciyo are unnecessarily expensive and the store across sells the exact same thing for cheaper.

I recently visited Ciyo and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff was inattentive, showing little interest in helping me find the products I was looking for. The prices there were higher than what I typically pay for the same products elsewhere.
When I finally found a few items, the checkout process was slow and inefficient. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that one of the products smelt like rubber, seemingly expired. This is completely unacceptable
I will not be returning to ciyo, major red flags.
