Have used this company a few times for some packages I was receiving from the US. Seems like a good service to start out but then after a few times using their service you come to realize how much of a scam company this is.
They seem to think that they have a right to open packages, claiming they need to make sure they know what customers are importing or exporting. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! Only Canada Customs have the right to open and inspect packages. They also seem to think they can charge whatever they want for duties and taxes, which also is ILLEGAL!
They will do anything to give you a reason why they don't have the customs documents to show you the actual charges. To top it all off, the customer service in this place is attrocious! Very rude and unfriendly staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Trying to use this service but the details and support seem to be a secret. Cannot get in touch with anyone or find any support?? Please tell me what to do!! I ordered something and it seems to arrive somewhere and do have to do something?? I think you either need a telephone or better clear step by step instructions. I have used a different service and it was very simple and clearly explained.
