We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The place is spotless and very well-maintained, with excellent staff and top-notch service.
A special mention goes to the restaurant—it’s an incredibly clean and inviting space with delicious food. We were especially impressed by Situm, one of the restaurant stewards, who was exceptionally kind and provided outstanding service.
We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone looking for a great experience!”

Rooms were great and it was an overall cozy and comfortable night. The rooms are reminiscent of Delta's business, straightforward look, and they are no different here at the Markham location.

My family and I stayed at Delta Hotel for my birthday weekend.
We had a fantastic stay. Beds were comfy , the hotel room was cozy,clean, and we felt right at home.
Will definitely recommend.

During our stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott, we encountered several unexpected issues. Initially, we were informed through the app that our room was on the 14th floor, but upon arrival, the front desk assigned us a room on the 7th floor, stating that the 14th was unavailable. This discrepancy was confusing and frustrating.
Furthermore, we discovered that the hotel does not provide robes, which was disappointing. Additionally, the shower gel bottle in our room was empty, causing inconvenience.
When we visited the pool area with our two-year-old, we found that no towels were available, as they had not been restocked. These lapses in service were surprising and detracted from our overall experience.
Despite the issues we encountered, there were several positive aspects of our stay. Our room was clean, and we appreciated the spaciousness and layout of our one-bedroom accommodation. The modern, well-maintained, and clean pantry area was a delight, offering a variety of snacks that catered to different tastes and preferences. These features certainly added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our experience.

Beautiful hotel grounds, beautiful new rooms. Very cozy and clean. Quiet, the skyline view and sunrise is amazing if you can get a room 9th floor and above. Staff is very nice, housekeeping is on point. Two downfalls; is no microwave, BUT front desk helped me out with that :), and also the deposit is a bit pricier than other Marriott chains in the area.

Once the Boston Pizza opens up it should be a lot better food and drinks wise but the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. During the stay numerous things went from bad to worse, attention is not great, its sub par against other Deltas that Ive stayed at, then their restaurant has very limited hours of service and food is barely ok. They didnt had a coffee machine operating the first couple of days I was in, once they got it in, ofcourse employees had not been properly trained on how to use it. Then they failed to notify of a big power down and alarm tests conducted in the middle of the week which caused me to loose about 4 hours of work because they decided to disconnect the internet without letting anyone know. Cherry on top, during my stay my room key stopped working because the scanner at the door ran out of batteries causing me to loose about 1 hour waiting for a fix. Not sure if it was just luck but my stay can officially be named: The worse Delta experience Ive ever had in Canada.

Hotel is renovated so the room is ok. However, it requires lot of attention. We checked in the first room: no ac. We looked at the thermo, not possible to do anything. Could be battery dead. On the wall, the smoke alarm is loose. Everything was better when we moved to the 2nd room.
The corridor and the etrance door into the room were a major problem. The corridor is tiny. We had a hard time to bring the cart around with luggage. Forget about being able to turn your cart freely and easily. The entrance door into the room was the same.
Service: very slow and doubtful. Front desk staff was very polite. However they lacked skills and good judgements.
Location is great. We felt very safe and they had ample parking.

Room is too dark no enough light. Refrigerator is very noisy. Service is fine. Have complementary outdoor parking. Price is good. It has pool but not a very large pool.
