Looks and feels like a typical low-end shopping mall, but your opinion changes once you visit the food court.
A lot of the mom-and-pop restaurants in the food court offer top-tier quality Chinese food that can't be found elsewhere in Toronto/Markham.
The supermarket and other stores are typical sightings, and nothing to write home about.

All food item are very good, the one got lots of things to buy, supermarket good, especially security and janitor very nice, friendly and really responsible on their work. Overall center is very very good.

This mall has improved a lot after the renovation and expansion. A lot of stores that were once located at Market Village have moved here after the demolition. There are security guards at each entrance and patrolling inside the mall, so it always feels safe to shop here.

After renovation, an east wing was added, with many shops and a wide variety of shops. Many people from the former market village moved here. Best place to shop.
