Staff is always very friendly, always find something useful and frankly cheaper $ama, love this store ! Great for party items and lots of organizing bins. Bonus points for being open till 10 pm ?

Every time I go to this store their cashier Jabeen is always very friendly and helpful. One time I left my debit card at the cash register and she quickly came to the parking lot to give it to me. I appreciated the honesty ??

Good place to purchase snacks although buyer beware - double check the expiry dates before purchase and consumption. I bought some corn nuts that were two months old and didn’t realize until I bit into a few. When I returned it we found a whole case of them that had been put out with the staff. Nice enough people working here, but they were unapologetic at all about the human error.

Well organized store. Smaller inventory than any other Dollar Tree that I've been to. But what I need they usually have it. No complaints here ?

This dollar tree does not know the meaning of customer service, including the manager Angeta. The day before good Friday I called and asked if they will be open on good Friday, the woman on the phone said yes, I said are you sure it's good Friday and she said yes once again ... The day of good Friday I proceeded to their store and the doors were closed! I called and a woman picked up, I explained to her that someone gave me false information the day before in regards to their store hours, she said no they are closed and hung up. I than called back to ask to speak to a manager, the manager Angeta was the one who picked up and I explained to her a woman just hung up on me and that I was very upset that I was given false information as I really needed helium balloons for a photo shoot. The manager was very rude and had a lot of attitude, she said they were suppose to be closed but she was advised in the morning from head office to remain closed, she did not care about my concerns and that one of her employees had just hung up on me ... the manager also hung up on me mid phone call !!! I would like the dollar tree head office to give me a call so I could explain in full detail as this is unacceptable!

This place was the only place which was opened on Easter Sunday and that resolved our big problem as we realized all Dollaramas were closed.Also we found very different items there !Thanks Dollar Tree!

I had bad experience at this store location at Copper Creek Dollar Tree in Markham. I unadvertently purchased the small pack of napkins, instead of the big packs and they would not make an exception to exchange. They don’t care about customers satisfaction.

I lowered the rating slowly as the price increments just keep coming. Prices used to be $1.25, 5/5 stars. Inflation, 2022, prices are raised to $1.50, 4/5 stars. Now they're $1.75 and $2.00, 3/5 stars.The items didn't improve in quality, the worth of the items slowly just go down.

Well organized Dollar Tree store located at the east end of Markham. Not the highest quality of items but definitely cheaper than its competitors. The items you purchase here will get the job done. Lots of party relevant items, seasonal stock and one time kitchen items. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Amazing and kind staff who guided me find the items that I wanted to buy. The store is very clean. The temperature is pretty good and the prices are excellent with a huge selection of products. I will definitely come back.
