We came literally 2 minutes after 8pm on Saturday to buy Birthday Candles pack, the store manager wouldn't let us in, we explained it's a last minute need for our senior father's birthday, he still said NO. Humanity has gone. Never back at this place.

There is a young Asian employee working in this branch. This girl is very rude. Every time I come here, she acts as if someone is forcing her to work in this workplace.

I recently purchased a box of moist wipes, expecting them to be as described. However, upon using two wipes from the box, I was disappointed to find them completely dried out, not moist as advertised. I returned to the store with the product and the receipt, seeking a refund due to the product not matching its description.Unfortunately, the response from the lady at cashier was unsatisfactory. Despite my explanation, I was repeatedly informed that exchange and refunds were not permitted. This stance, in light of the product's failure to meet its advertised description, felt misleading and created an extremely negative shopping experience.

Very rude assistant manager....we were at store today 9th march 2024 at 4pm. the old lady was outright racist seeing me in my hijab and absolutely unprofessional. Upon confronting and asking to talk to the manager, she said she couldn't tell 1. if the manager was in today or not, when insisted 2. she said she will be in monday but can't give time when 3. when asked her name, she understood I was about to complain about her she refused to give her name by stating it's a company policy, and she can't even give me her first name. It was such a rude behavior we left in aww, and my 9-year-old was so nervous she left in tears. Unbelievable employees like this can be assistant managers.I just had to report that an item was missing from package....I had a recipt too...first of all she refused nothing is missing and it was only 1 sac....I had to take her to aisle to show her it was suppose to be 2 items in there....then she said I should've checked before buying later she said they can't return refund...I had to explain I just walked in store to see my options and its fair store should be responsible for selling this kind of item but omg the conversation went another level when her behavior went racist snd rude.

Very rude clerk. The older lady with bleached hair complained to me after watching me laid all my items on the table. She said I left her no room to scan the items and she requested me to hold the bag and put whatever she scanned in the bag. Don't even be part of customer service if you just want to lush out on customers. You could have said something before I put all my stuff out of the basket.

Be carefully. Very bad shopping experience. This store is not professional.
First of all, the price tag in the store is messed up.
Secondly, the items located messy.
Thirdly, the manager’s attitude is ridiculous. Since the moment I paid, I found actually the price is wrong. I want to exchange the bags to the price I preferred. But the manager said “no” because he said the the non-refundable policy is common sense for people.
Fourthly, the manager is not trained well. I asked him his responsibility should tell people the item is the final sale before they paid. But his meaning is “people won’t be told the item is the final sale until they paid and got it from the the receipt”.
Fifth, the manager doesn’t work as a professional manager. His attitude is not solving the complaints and not be patient to explain to the customer the reason.

Be careful of the scamming customer! The manager there has a very bad attitude! Just sharing a very bad experience in the store at 1220 Castlemore Avenue, Markham, ON, L6E 0H7.
First of all, the price tag in the store is messed up. So, I waited a long time at the counter for the staff figuring out my stuff’s price. And the price issue was found by me.
Secondly, the items located messed up. The hanger has different gift bags with different price. I got all my 8 bag on the same hanger. But the price is different.

We enjoy shopping here.
One of the very attractive things about this store is that all products are at moderate prices, very comfortable, and it can be affirmed that the price is suitable for the majority of buyers. Although the price is moderate, the quality is not bad, we have found for ourselves quite a few things here that we like. We will definitely come here many more times because its location is in an area with many different stores, where we can visit and shop quite comfortably.

What can I say? Your household items go-to store. The chocolate bars are still $0.87 each. Cheaper than in any other wholesale places.
