very bad service. When they sell a car to u all of are nice and give false promises but when I am on an emergency no one asswers the phones call for help and service sincerely regret buying a car from these people.

I recently tried my luck with a pre-owned Lexus model at DVN Lexus, as the timing for purchasing a new vehicle just didn't align with my plans. Since I already had a connection with another Lexus dealership and sales rep, I was hesitant to even request a test drive at first. However, this experience turned out to be a complete game-changer for me. From the initial interaction to the final delivery, I realized that even under the same brand banner, dealerships and sales reps can vary greatly. Stephen, my sales rep at DVN Lexus, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He didn't hesitate to arrange both the hybrid and gasoline versions of the same model so I could feel the difference firsthand. He also tackled my long list of inquiries and doubts with professionalism and patience, checking off almost every concern. While a couple of things didn't align perfectly (due to my naturally skeptical approach), I genuinely believe he did a perfect job overall. There was an unexpected hiccup with the vehicle right after delivery, but Stephen addressed it immediately and resolved it with efficiency. Although I noticed some areas where communication could improve across the sales to the service, the overall experience was stellar. For the first time in the car dealership, I felt genuinely "cared for" as a customer, regardless of how much I was spending. Turning initial doubts into complete trust isn't easy in the car sales industry, yet DVN Lexus and Stephen managed to achieve just that. What stood out the most was how smooth the post-delivery experience was, which left me pleasantly surprised. It's funny, because I didn't feel this level of care or professionalism with the other Lexus dealership I originally intended to work with for a new vehicle. In the end, I truly praise DVN Lexus and Stephen for going above and beyond to make this purchase such a positive experience. Now, I can only hope to save up and return someday for the Lexus I really wanted! :P

If you want something done quickly and without mistake go find BENTLEY. Cannot speak highly enough of his service was able to get a new vehicle without a headache.

I did a lease buyout with Ada I was not happy at all, she made me wait even though we had an appointment. She pressured me to buy warranties that I didn't need. Initially, she was very nice but when I repletely declined the warranties she became frustrated. She was so rude and never responded to me. Will never ever buy a lexus again at Don Valley North!

Shout out to Don Valley North Lexus and to Raheel UI-Hasan.
We have dealt with a number of Lexus dealerships over the past few months as we searched for our new vehicle (RX350) . We were very impressed with Don Valley North Lexus and with Raheel in particular. He was extremely responsive to our inquiry, spent a great deal of time ensuring he knew what features were important to us in our purchase, did not apply any sales pressure, and successfully resolved a hiccup in the final contract.
The dealership is very busy and we can see why. Clearly their price point is the best around. We drove an hour from home to deal with this dealership because of price and selection. We were not disappointed.
Although Lexus vehicles last a long time (we are still driving our 2008 ES), we would absolutely return to this dealership and Raheel for future purchases.

I bought NX350H from Don Valley Lexus on October 26, 2024. Bob Bai, the salesman, helped me a lot. I dealt with many salesman, but this person is the best. I signed the Bill of Sales, but for some reason I had to change into a different car. Bob patiently guided me through all the processes. All salesmen are good when the deal are smooth. But we will know the real good salesmen when things when wrong. And Bob proved that.

This Lexus dealership is probably the best-selling one in the industry! Whether it is the sales department or the car repair and maintenance department, the employees work hard to make customers feel at home. They will patiently introduce different types of cars. If necessary , you can test drive them immediately. I think it's very good!
