ridiculous I have been trying to reach them since 2:00 pm from the Doctor' office Rx was faxed yesterday for one of my patients nobody is answering the call voice mail is full I am going to complain as per Ontario website patient please be extra careful since they don't care about patient life

I have been using this Pharmacy for 20 years, since it first opened as Sobeys. They are amazing people and service is always top notch. Shout out to Albert! You're the bomb!

I have been a customer at this Markham Freshco Pharmacy at Mccowan and Bur Oak for over 20 years but I will not be returning to this place, the staff is rude, condescending and have no customer service skills, the Pharmacists that once were very concerned and caring for their patients/customers are now short tempered and rude to the customers. I have seen first hand how they treat the seniors that go to them for advice and turned away because they say they are too busy, I will be taking my business elsewhere as they clearly don't care about serving the customers any moreDisgusted how they have gone from your local pharmacy to being like every other big corporation

Every time I went there to pick up the refill for my daughter they always give me a hard time and long wait, even though we called the day before and they said we can come in the next day. Not only do I need to wait and if you keep checking with them when will it be ready (after 1/2 an hour later) they start to ignore you.. what kind of customers service is this?

I have found them to be good. Service is quick. I have not had any issues. For special orders they may not have the selection that bigger chains have.

I have been served by Albert for years. I can’t say enough good things about him. He remembers my name even if I don’t come for months. He is always friendly and has a welcoming smile. He is knowledgeable and always does his best to serve me quickly. The pharmacy is always so busy yet the team does their best to serve.

Sunday Jan16, 2022 around noon I went there to pick up an over the counter baby nasal spray , I found what I was looking for and I went to pay. The terrible lady from the other end of the pharmacy walked to cash register and I told her I just like to pay for this. She said go pay at the front of the store, it is where usually people pay for their groceries , I told her I need only this spray and nothing else and look at the line ups , I am a customer of yours can you please just let me pay here , she said she is busy doing the prescriptions, I told her don't make me go there and line up for 20 minutes , my baby is in the car.She said no.Lady You might have gone to universty and got some degree but definitely you have no customer service skill and most of all no brain at all, because ringing an item in to register which is right in front of you take less than 5 second and tapping my card another 5 second but instead, you chose to argue with a customer for few minutes and at the end you wasted more time and having an unsatisfied customerOr maybe you just having issues .Have a nice day
