I recieved my OnePlus 13 phone yesterday, they did a great job i was concerned about the camera dust and not sealing the phone properly after having bad experiences at other repair shops , but these guys did a factory perfect job ,and i got my phone back within 3 business days ,Thanks 👍

I had issues with my Samsung Tablet 9+. It would not reconize my SD card. The tablet is only 10 months old. Alfred at Furturetel sent me a shipping label and they fixed it issue right away. It came back and i thought it was fixed and it was. I just couldn't see the SD card on my tablet. Alfred was very patient with me and had me send it back and they rechecked the tablet and called me right away and explained it was working and explanied how to see the SD card. Alfred walked me through it. My card was fixed the first time but samsung does not have instructions of how to find your SD card on their tablet. I love Futuretel and Alfred was great at customer service. i will definitely recommend Futuretel in the future for repairs. Keep up the great work.

There needs to be a ZERO for these types of companies. My phone was sent in due to a communication error between my screen and SPen. They email me days later to say they cannot recreate the error of my phone freezing - something that was never an issue. When I explained the actual repair issue, they said they would replace the SPen. I had already told them the SPen was replaced in previous communication so this was strike 2. Last, then send it back saying it is fixed. I ran the built-in diagnostic tool and, of course, they fixed nothing. And had they run the simple diagnostic tool, they would have known this. Total incompetence from beginning to end.

Directed by Samsung to send my laptop here for repairs, and I had a great experience! The turnaround was fast, I got my laptop back within a week. But what really stood out was the service quality. When I called for an update on the repair (the website's a bit outdated, unfortunately), someone picked up almost instantly. Within two minutes, I had a detailed status update and an accurate ETA. They even followed up with me right after the laptop was delivered.
Really impressed by Futuretel's transparency and professionalism.

UPDATE:
I finaly recieved a response, they accept to send me a replacement, the service was quite fast and they did send me back my silicon tips that i frogot on the sended device

So I'll just head my self at some point to the Eaton center thanks for the wasted time diagnostic tests don't show how a battery is acting in the real World
My issue was stupidly quick battery drain with no features on how is a chart saying my battery going to show u how fast my watch is draining
Sorry but diagnostics on a device is more than just reading a screen ... Smh

Y'all should have a stand u can have the watch on let it sit and do well nothing as most people's issue is ...
I don't use LTE I don't use Wi-Fi I don't use health tracking I don't use fitness tracking I don't use sleep tracking and the device dies 30 percent each night
No always on no tap to wake
Battery saving mode on as well ....
Y'all need someone to help there potentially ? Like sorry very disappointed I'll be leaving all the evidence and my end replys as a review

Sorry ur one screen I believe u guys get ur data from isn't sufficient enough for a test/diagnostic test ...
As well I'll be relaying this information to Samsung maybe u guys shouldn't be a repair center for Samsung id hate to see all the warrant claims y'all's decline a day
Sincerely a really pissed off person unfortunately and sorry I don't trust a lady as well doing a diagnostic test what does she know other than looking at the screen I don't think I've ever chatted with the lady who knew really anything to do with how chipset runs or how the battery could affect the chip set with the LTE on or not on sorry no... Very disappointed

I was impressed by the services provided by OnePlus and Futuretel service. My three years old OnePlus cell had a green line issue, and I courier my OnePlus phone for repair on last Tuesday. I was expecting the cell to be returned at least 15 days later but it was back in my hand now within 5 days. The issue has been fixed completely without any cost, and the screen looks like a brand new one. Thank you for the prompt repair and great customer service.

Just had my samsung phone repaired from Future Tel and when I received the repaired device i was pleasantly surprised how well it was packaged and the way they followed up with me. I just received another call from Futuretel to check on the device after a week, it looks like FutureTel is adding more value to Samsung products for the existing customers. Love it!

Went through Samsung to send in my Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for repairs. Samsung honored the warranty and the technician did a great job fixing my earbuds and they're as good as new!
