Why are all the reviews 1 or 2 out of 5??? Scary reviews. They finished repairing my galaxy fold z6. When will they send it back to me? The $2500 plus tax phone was from Amazon Canada. Problems from day 1. Flickering and touch control didn't work. Flipped from app to app when you are using the phone. Never buy expensive phone from Amazon. When I wanted to return it after a week, I was told I had to drop off at Canada Post. They wouldn't provide a courier to pick up. I explained I broke my back

Had problems with my new earbuds and they were able to replace them under warranty! Probably the best case scenario since I don't think they were repairable in the first place and just defective.

STAY FAR AWAY. Sent my phone to Samsung who sent my phone to Futuretel. Despite me telling them numerous times the phone was never submerged in water, they did not listen and told me water damage voided the warranty.
Brought my phone to a different repair shop that confirmed the phone was not submerged (the indicator had not turned color).
You should be ashamed of your service, it is dishonest and in cahoots with Samsung. You are trying to scam customers to get more business from Samsung in bad faith.
Oh, and the company wanted me to spend $1300 to repair the phone... More than buying a new one!

I bought my zfold 5 two months ago, unfolded it and the seam blew on the inside screen. Sent it off to them through Samsung warranty and received it back today good as new. Thank you!

I've had OnePlus phones for over about a decade and I've always been weary over shipping my phone out to be repaired.
The day finally came, and I am very pleased with Futuretel as they were very helpful and returned my phone to me fixed in approximately 4 business days!
I will definitely be using them directly for any future phone repairs

Garbage customer service, needs massive improvements. I sent my phone for repair but they returned without even fixing it by stating lame excuses, never expected this horrible service from FSC.

Should have went with my gut feeling about not sending my S22 here to be repaired under samsung warranty after reading all of the bad google reviews and reddit threads. I called Samsung to report a fast draining battery life as I charge this phone a minimum of 2-3 times a day which is ridiculous for a high end flagship device. Phone was still under warranty and samsung agreed to replace the battery under warranty provided I ship my phone out to Futuretel in Markham, ON. Anyways I decided to go ahead with the service since I needed a better battery life and not carry a phone charger everywhere I go. About 2 weeks later I get my phone back from Futuretel and I noticed the battery life hasn't improved. I call them up and ask what was replaced during the repair and they mentioned the charging port was defective and needed to be replaced but the battery was perfectly fine. I have no idea why they replaced the charging port as it was completely fine when my actual issue was the battery. I am very frustrated because what I had asked for what was not done and when I confronted them they wanted me to send my device back to them to troubleshoot which means another 2 weeks without a phone. Absolutely not satisfied because they took off my screen protector (without replacing it) and now my wireless charging stopped working. Don't send ur phone here for any sort of problems

I sent my phone in for a screen replacement. Samsung quoted me 300$. After sending the phone in to futuretel, they quoted me 850 due to needing to replace the motherboard, I declined this repair. They informed me that I wouldn't have warranty for the repair work on the screen because I declined other repairs. and it would be a total of 430$ thats horse**** but whatever. They said send the money and they will start repairs right away. What they didn't tell me was that my parts where in back order. Which would have been some key information to give me. As I was going to travel and needed my phone. On top of all that they told me it was going to be overnighted back. And that didn't happen either. Phone sent in on July 17 its Aug 7th and I still don't have my phone. Thanks for the wonderful service futuretel/s

The Futuretell , authorized Samsung service, replaced the damaged screen on Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22 with a brand new one. The new screen started to fail after 6 months( black spot growing around front camera). They told me the warranty on the new screen was only 3 months. I think it is ridiculous because Google is offering a 1-year warranty on replacement screens on their Pixels.
I won't buy Samsung phones and won't recommend them to anyone . Poor warranty policies and poor workmanship.

My nightmare with Futuretel Service Center: Nonexistent Warranty and Abusive Fees
Trusting their warranty service, I sent my phone to the Futuretel service center. To my surprise, I was told that they would not repair my device unless I paid an additional $1300, even though the phone is only worth $800 and is under warranty! This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs and look for more reliable options to repair your devices, don't let them abuse you like they did me!

Don’t send anything to this company. I was sent here by Samsung to have phone repairs done. The quote was more than a new phone, but that wasn’t the worst part. After I paid the $35 diagnostic fee to have my phone returned I started receiving warnings on my accounts of unusual logins. Amazon had an access key created and attempted logins, same for other accounts. Obviously this company has no morals about handling electronic devices.

10/10 Service from these guys. They went above and beyond when my phone was having troubles connecting to networks even after samsung denied me and help or warranty they kept persistent with them and got me a replacement phone in the end. Highly recommend great service great people
