Wasn't greeted as the cashier ran a conversation with a coworker. Wasn't thanked for purchase. Receipt layed on counter for me to pick up. I wasn't rude or anything, maybe my ethnicity wasn't appropriate (?). Been seeing this kind of behaviour more in the city, sadly, (passive-aggresive). The woman behind me was greeted..... Neighboring toy store staff greeted me as soon as I stepped in....

We do like to give business to local business, but find the prices here are not competitive. While they say they honour prices of other businesses that have a store front, you need to talk to a Manager to have this happen. It can be a lot of work to have staff honour other prices - my experience is that staff resist this policy, even if the lower price has been given before.
Update: Apparently during a time of new management, staff were not clear on this policy. However, the price match was honoured once the policy was clarified. All is well.....

I hardly shop at Healthy Planet but I had some internal issues with my body, I went to this location near my work, I was approached by a young Indian lady, greeted me asked me if I needed assistance, I told her what I wanted she suggested this product, bought it and followed her suggestion for weeks, these products worked very well, I believe she was most probably in a commission based but it was worth it, why see a physician when young people are educated in this field. Thank you to the salesperson person

I had a bad experience with Too Good To Go and called Healthy Planet to see if they’d honour my purchase regardless of the company I purchased thru not helping me! They were so gracious and helpful and told me to wait til end of day and they could get back to me . Araceli called me and I went to pick items up only to find out once we were trying that the App didn’t allow me to swipe! She attempted to help me thru the app and I waited at the store for a response but we never got one. I spoke with Araceli again the next day as she was so concerned that I didn’t get my money back or any items. She certainly has a lot of people skills and is a create communicator! The store itself is always clean and rest of the staff always smiling and friendly! So nice when customers walk in and are greeted with a hello! Keep up the great work!

They send expired products through DoorDash delivery and then DoorDash doesn’t help either. Definitely never buying again.

Wide selection of health products and and wonderful organic produce section at fair prices. Very friendly and helpful staff providing a pleasant shopping experience.

I would recommend that this store have very unprofessional employees working there employees laughing and hanging up phone on customers when asking questions I would not ever shop at that location I don't trust them cause they know nothing about products you're asking about

I normally had no concern shopping at this Markham store. Today, i went in to get a prescribed supplement. I was told that they didn't have it in stock. I asked when they anticipated to fill it. I was told that they could give customer a call when the new shipment is in. In other words, they didn't know when. I had to prompt to ask them if they could check to see they had the supplement at other locations. I was told that they were not able to check online and i had to call. When i called the one at Victoria Park and Ellesmere, they didn't hesitate to go online to check other stores. I found the staff at this Markham location was not helpful at all.

I had a fantastic experience with Araceli at Healthy Planet! I called to find a missing receipt needed to claim a promotion for creatine I forgot to claim at purchase. Araceli went above and beyond to locate my receipt quickly and efficiently. Her helpfulness and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Recently some of the worst workers I have ever encountered- excluding the supervisor. I’ve been coming to this location for years, nothing but good things to say, so disappointing. I will be heading to Healthy Planet in Richmond Hill or purchasing my items on Supplement Source.

Healthy Planet has what other nutrition stores don't. They are usually pretty good for giving recommendations. I love taking advantage of the specials.
