“It’s not every day that you walk into a jewellery store, have the door closed behind you, and receive such genuinely friendly service instead of pushy sales tactics. Joe, the owner, is truly a stand-up gentleman.
I came into his shop about a month ago with a very specific request: to find the tiniest diamond earrings possible before the mall closed. Not only did Joe show me the options he had on hand, but he also encouraged me to call my wife for approval and even suggested I check around the mall to see if I could find something smaller before making a purchase.
After doing a full sweep of the Markville jewellery stores and comparing other options, I returned to Jewellery Forever. In the end, I didn’t buy anything from Joe that evening because he himself recommended I go with another provider for this particular request.
I’m writing this review because I feel indebted to him for his kindness that evening and to highlight the kind of business he runs.
Customer service should apply to everyone who walks through the door, not just those who make a purchase that day. Joe is a shining example of this.
