“The customer service is hit or miss! My first visit was in August and we purchased wedding bands but it took my wife a while to flagged someone to assist us. My second visit was this month but we went there early on a weekday and we were immediately helped.As for the “ they don’t accept Amex ?! “ that is untrue I paid with my Amex in August 2023 !( copy of my invoice )It is the store policy to vetting for id and I had no problem and I obliged. They just want to make sure your id matches your card.The saleswomen( christy, meina ) we encountered were extremely polite and professional.I would have given it 5 stars if the customer service is more consistent, otherwise we had a good experience.Prices are fair usually 300% which is typical of all jewelers with no return policy.”

“My journey for an entry-level luxury watch began over a year ago, and during this time, I visited most of the usual suspects, the boutiques at YD, Birks and a few other smaller jewellers along the way. Loro @ Markville Mall, by far, exceeds all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by their friendly staff and as if we were longtime clients. Simon took care of us, every step of the way and he service did not disappoint. He was terrific and took the time to understand my needs and budget as this was a birthday gift from my wife along with the features that were important to me. He began to show me several watches, provide recommendations within my criteria and ensured I tried on each timepiece flagging the wearing experience is very important. Although I told Simon I was not purchasing during this visit, he reassured me it was not an issue and advised me to visit or call, to schedule an appointment anytime I was ready to look at more. On the day I went to purchase, Simon and the team took care us, the watch and secondary strap had to be ordered due to the case size I requested not being in stock and the strap being a special order. Simon knows all aspects of timepieces and has a vast knowledge of multiple brands. He understands the nuances of watch matching and will offer his opinion, which I appreciate. Simon and the team made me feel like a VIP every step of the way. He explained the warranty during the pickup, patiently explained the features, and made sure I understood how to use and set my new Longines Master Collection Moonphase. He took the time to size the bracelet until the perfect fit. Once my additional strap arrived, I received a call that it was ready. Simon again sized it and gave me essential goodies like a micro fibre cloth, cleaning kit, gloves, as well as reassurance that I could stop by anytime to switch from bracelet to strap or versa or for any other concerns and or questions. 10/10 experience. I recommend Simon and Loro team to anyone looking for a luxury watch of all price ranges.”
