Joy Noodle Cafe is a typical Hong Kong-style restaurant known for quick, hot food and friendly service. It operates from 9 to 11 am daily, except for Wednesdays when it is closed. The cafe offers affordable prices and generous serving sizes, especially with lunch specials like steak combos that are highly recommended. The food is generally tasty and satisfying, with dishes such as XO Stir-Fry Beef Noodles and wok-hay that customers enjoy. However, some reviews mention that the rice in dishes like congee and BBQ rice is often just rice with little meat or vegetables, which may not meet everyone's expectations. The cafe provides plenty of parking and high chairs for kids, making it family-friendly. Service is attentive but can be slow during busy times, and staff may have limited English, requiring some patience. Overall, Joy Noodle Cafe is a good choice for a quick, affordable Hong Kong-style meal with friendly staff and consistent flavors.
The hot stone chicken and pork stomach hot pepper noodle soup was very good. It was served in a hot stone bowl and was still boiling when it arrived at the table, which made it feel extra fresh and comforting. It would be better with a bit more pepper for added flavor.

Their breakfast menu has a lot of selections. The price was affordable. The portion was big too. The food was average.
