I would give this a 0 if I could. Absolutely the worse customer service experience ever. We went in to find a dress for my mother and the sales associate was rude, dismissive and said we should go to another store. Didn’t even bother helping us to clip the dress and said the dress is too big and there’s nothing she could do. Never coming back here again and do not recommend anyone to. Never experienced someone so unwelcoming.

Walked in here randomly with my mother out browsing. She is getting married in November and we were not intentionally going there. The service was amazing really nice! Not my mother’s first wedding and ended up getting a really beautiful 2 piece dress for her in a gorgeous taupe colour. Prices were really reasonable. Lots of choices. Not disappointed we stopped there.
The funny thing was the owner knew my mother’s size by looking at her and when she showed me the dress at first I was like , nope, brown?! But when my mother tried it on, she was not even fully dressed when I was like wow! It was so beautiful and smart.

I went to Julia’s Bridal & Fashions to get a dress for my prom and the experience was great! I was able to find and pick a dress in two days. There was tons of options to choose from. The customer service is nice, and overall it was a great experience.

Great experience today trying on dresses to suit my body. Shahida and the team was welcoming and showed me dresses within my budget. Dgaida took the time, no pressure as i wanted the right fit as daughters wedding in June. It was raining so i decided to shop at this store close by. Had a great experience today it's Tuesday Feb 27 2024. Will decide what to do. Thank u.

Absolute worst experience. Charged extra for material that did not end up being used, did not effectively communicate with the seamstress in-house about alterations needed which resulted in work not being done on-time for a wedding I am in and, it was a problem for almost ALL of the bridesmaids. When I addressed the issue directly, there was zero accountability and rather suggested I go to a local cleaners who might be able to fix a problem they caused. Unpolished and distasteful customer service, will not be returning and do not recommend.

I have visited Julia's Bridal as a recommendation from my friends that had purchased their dresses here and were very happy. I bought very nice dress with great help from Shaida, who was very patient and helpful with good sense of customers taste. Shaida and Christine are very kind and really amazing sales ladies. Highly recommend to visit the store.

I visited Julia’s Bridal on Jul 24th as soon as they opened. I was desperate. My daughter’s wedding was less than a month away and I didn’t have my mother-of-the-bride dress yet! Adding to the fact that I am a terrible shopper, I was at my wit’s end – until I put myself in the hands of the staff of Julia’s Bridal – (Caroline and Christine) They went out of their way to make the experience so wonderful and calm. Found my dress in less than ½ hour with their gentle prodding and encouragement. Then they made several calls on my behalf to a local seamstress to do the alterations, understanding that I was working under a very tight timeline. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a retail fashion location. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.. and yes, I LOVE my dress!!! Thank you again, Julia’s Bridal – truly amazing!

Fabulous bridal store. Found my mother of the bride dress with Shaeda's help, loved it. Although the store is small there are many options, reasonably priced. Alterations were perfect! I had so many compliments on my daughter's wedding day. Thank you Shaeda & Christine!

Very cramped store - lots to choose from - but more dated styles. Hard to see eThe styles of the dresses cause everthing is on top of eachother.
