I've always had great experiences here. Made my first purchase here years ago and have made several more over the years.
It's a comfortable and easy place to visit. The staff is knowledgeable and they treat you just right. I need to give a big thank you to Anousch especially. She's always helpful and friendly. From buying a watch to having it repaired, they look after it all.

Came here for a watch showing event with 2 of my friends. Service was top tier. We were there for almost 2 hours looking and trying on watches. They also had the biggest charcuterie board that I have ever seen for all the guests.

Several months ago (Spring 2024), I went to this store to purchase an Oris Aquis that I saw on their website. I came in to see the watch but it was out of stock. So I decided to look around and saw a Longines GMT Hydroconquest - 43mm. Simon showed me the Sunray Green dial. He said it was a new color for the said line and I really liked it. So I purchased it. The whole experience of buying a watch from this store was really nice.
Since then, it has been my go-to store for nice watches. I came in recently and this time, Imelda made our watch-buying experience as smooth as possible. If there is a watch that is not in stock, they can easily order it for you (for a small downpayment). Imelda is very accommodating. I even ordered some watches over the phone and she called me when they arrived so I could pay and pick it up.
