At first good service then absolutely horrible service. Buy your printer supplies somewhere else. We had a few years of great service so I decided to buy our new company printer from Ken at Laser Matrix. Also ordered a spare toner to have one on hand. When we ran out I discovered that the $175 "Genuine Xerox" toner they sent with the printer was incorrect. Laser Matrix refused to do anything about it so we returned it to them asking for a refund. Ken still refuses to issue a refund and tells us there is no way they (Or their fulfillment people) could have made this mistake. Ken, incase you haven't noticed we're in the reputation economy; this review will stay up until you send us our money like any decent company would do.

Ken sent me an email saying
