As a driver, this company treats you with no respect or appreciation. They will get rid of you in a flash despite trying your best to do good job. The Operations Mgr, Rasha Frig & the dispatcher, John Beck are both cut from the same cloth, both don’t care about the drivers.

These guys don`t pay their bills. They wash their truck at our business and refuse to pay. Every other customers paid their invoices except them. I called numerous times and sent emails reminding them. The owner argues that he didn`t get it and that it is too late now to pay. The bill dated Nov 2022 and they were contact via telephone before emails were sent in June 2022 and subsequently. The bill is only $67.80. He is so dishonest and arrogant. Such a disgrace!!!!!

Shocking company with even worst customer service. Not helpful at all and put all the blame on you. I gave the exact measurements, dimensions and weight, and the employee sent a vehicle that was to small. Instead of rectifying the situations they said your $100 is gone, pay us another $300 and we will do it. I was left with cargo that was not picked up, guys waiting on site for material. Dodgy payment into a random mans account through E-transfer as well, should of seen the scam coming.When I spoke will the shipping and Dispatch team at the vendor, they said the driver was not willing to co-operate and was looking for any reason to not pick it up. This is because they have a terrible policy where the driver receives the full amount if he doesn't pick anything up... clear to see what these guy are prioritising.Definitely not picking your stuff up on time and getting it delivered. They are looking to take your payment and look for any reason to not pick it up so they get paid in full and do not have to do anything.Stay far far away and I would not recommend going near these guys.

I am very unhappy with the company. I was given a quote to which I agreed and then I was sent a credit card form. I asked by email for a confirmation of the quote after which I was asked for sizes and weight of the boxes. I providing the information and the quote was confirmed. After I submitted my credit card information, I received an email telling me a new cost that was three times the original quote. Extremely dubious practices, in my opinion. Had I not requested again by email that the quote be confirmed, I might have been blindsided by the astronomical charge to my card. I would give below 1 star but that is the lowest.
