Useless. Naturally I got connected to Aladdin and they don’t speak or understand basic English. Couldn’t count past 2. Couldn’t tell me anything about my package, why it hasn’t moved in 4 days or when I will receive it. Complete waste of time.

Horrible business with bad customer service. Almost got hit by one of their trucks when they ran a stop sign. The driver then rolled down the window to yell profanity at me. I tried to let their customer service know one of their operators is driving recklessly, but they don't care at all.

Don’t do business with any companies that use this courier!!
They misplaced 1 of 4 tires I ordered and it took 1 month for me to receive it finally
There was no action taken by them just a hand written note on the 3 they delivered (late) that the 4th one would be here the next day .. it finally came 2 weeks later after contacting the company I bought them from and doing the live chat on their website

They delivered to the wrong address even through the address included clear instructions. Hilariously included “proof of delivery”, ie. my package at another person’s door. Looking at the logo I thought this looks sooooo familiar… it is, it’s the same logo for Canpar. Canpar tried to EXTORT ME a few years ago. The delivery person did not leave their truck, perhaps after seeing the address was apartment by building? The driver called me and told me his delivery attempt “failed” and I would need to pay $20 for a second delivery attempt. I am not a wealthy human and ended up dragging this giant heavy package 5 blocks to get it home. Sad that Loomis Express is the equally incompetent Canpar in disguise 🥴🥴🥴
It’s remarkable that even with google maps and all the advancements in navigation we have these days, companies like these can’t figure out how to deliver from point A to point B. I don’t get paid when I don’t my job, what’s the difference here? 🥴🥴🥴

These people have the rudest reps that shows they hate their jobs. They should hire someone that cares to fix these people’s attitudes.

I scheduled them to pass Monday for 2 separate shipments because I was not home the other day. They did not come and did not phone either. They showed up on Tuesday out of the blue instead. I called customer service and they had no knowledge about missed shipments at all.
Do not use them for time-critical packages!!! They fail at the fundamental basis of their jobs (pick up shipment on the correct day, track the status of a shipment).

This is unacceptable. There’s no way something worth $200 should be left in the lobby where it can easily get stolen. This is really poor customer service.
And my parcel got taken

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with Loomis Express delivery employees. Every single time I order from them, they mark my package as “delivery attempted” even though it’s clearly a building and easily accessible. They never even try to drop off my heavy orders—instead, they expect me to haul my kids and pick up the package myself from a facility.
I’ve used Amazon, UPS, and FedEx without issue, but Loomis Express consistently refuses to actually deliver. Each time, I call customer service only to be told the driver “wasn’t able” to find the address, which is ridiculous—it’s right there, plainly visible. It feels like a lazy excuse and a pattern of negligence rather than an isolated incident.
This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s unacceptable. Parents shouldn’t have to juggle children and large, heavy boxes because the delivery person can’t be bothered to walk a few steps. I strongly believe their employees need to be investigated for these fraudulent “delivery attempted” claims. Until they fix this, I won’t be using Loomis Express again—and I recommend everyone else steer clear as well.
