My parcel was lost, when called first time to enquire I was told that package delivered and must claim from supplier, started claim with supplier and they admitted that Loomis express says and does a lot of contradictory things. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you care about your business or personal belongings.

I myself have never had to use Loomis Express to mail out a package. However, I've now had to receive 2 orders from them because some stores are using them. Like all other online orders, I have to constantly track in case items are delivered but notifications aren't sent or delivery staff don't ring the doorbell. This review applies to many other courier companies as well that have delivery staff who don't ring doorbells. I know you're busy but with porch piracy the way it is, ringing the doorbell can make a difference in making sure we get our products.My decision to post this review today in particular is because we received our order, on the porch, with no doorbell ring and on top of all that, the boxes looked like they were just tossed on the porch! Good thing nothing was breakable but that's not really the point is it? Sigh, when you do stuff like this, it makes it harder for everyone else who does the same job as you. You just give everyone else a bad reputation as well. Tsk Tsk.The 1 star is for the person I spoke with on the Customer service line. They were lovely and if I could, I would give them 5 stars. The delivery process and lack of care for the package though, that's unforgivable. I guarantee you that I won't be using Loomis Express to ship anything.
