Got the run around when I was trying to initiate a buy-back of my lease. Then when I wasn't open to purchasing a new car, they passed me off to another dealership. Now I am stuck making arrangements last minute on something I have communicated with them for months.

We sold our 2021 Acura TLX Tech to this dealer and agreed to get the cheque on the day we dropped off the car. Car was fully appraised by them that day as well as a few weeks prior by their appraisal specialist. All paperwork was completed etc. and there is no dispute with the car itself. But now they are playing games with sending us the cheque, including threatening to "put it in the mail" just 48 hours prior to the mail strike. I have contacted Ali Naqvi countless times and each time there is a new excuse. There is no reason for any of this except that Ali just likes playing games and doesn't like to follow through on any promises he makes. I said they should courier to me and they invented a new fee for sending me a cheque that they promised me 2 weeks ago. I have no choice but to place a lien on the car. If you are looking at purchasing a blue 2021 Acura TLX from Markham Honda (they car they bought from us), you should be aware that there will likely be a lien (claim) put on it as a way to safeguard my interest. If you buy it, you will have to pay it out. So be very very careful. Furthermore, these despicable people tried to keep lowering the price we fully agreed to - until the bitter end. Luckily, none of them worked. But if you are thinking of them buying out your car, make sure that your last payment doesn't go through. They know when your payments are due and are hoping that you make it and then they will arrange for you to give up your car the next day. That payment you made is pure bonus money for them. You also don't have to pay for certification or brakes or anything else AFTER they have already inspected your car and provided you with a value. These despicable people try every trick to unfairly profit from unsuspecting good people. You should proceed with a great deal of caution when dealing with Markham Honda or any Dilawri circus. They are truly the bottom of the barrel and operate without integrity or ethics. My dealings with Ali Naqvi are the truly horrible. All this because they don't want to do basic work to send you what they owe.

I bought a Toyota from this location as the specific model was not available anywhere else. They offered a free service from the dealership, so I availed it for an oil-change. First of all, the dealership is 40 minutes drive from my home, so I booked the appointment online beforehand and they accepted it. I went there on the appointment time after driving for 40 minutes only to hear that my car is a Toyota, so they need to order the filter for it and it won't be delivered that day! Couldn't it be done when the appointment was made? On top of that, the service advisor said they won't be able to work on the car even if the filter is delivered that day as they are fully booked! Then why did they book my appointment on that day? So another 40 minute drive back home was the only way and booking another appointment with them. On the day of the 2nd appointment (another 40 minute drive one-way), I called their customer service department to make sure the filter was there. The support guy put me on hold for 10 minutes and just hung up the phone! How ridiculous! I had go through another 10 minutes call just to make sure it's gonna be there. The day after the oil-change I started seeing some oil marks at my parking place. But I didn't take it too seriously thinking it might be some spilled oil from the oil-change. But as the time passed by the drip didn't stop. I suspected they didn't screw in the drain plug properly and it kept getting loose with the vibration of the car. I called them to talk about an appointment and SUPRISE! They are fully booked! Great! But in addition to that, they are going to charge me $156 + tax to just take a look at it. A usual service department with a minimum level of decency would at least say that they'll take a look and cover it if it's their fault. Nope, not from this location. I have an immediate long drive this week and I had to fix it ASAP. So I took my car to the place I usually do all my services and they found out Markham Honda pushed 2 washer together and tightened the drain plug so hard that one of them bent and started leaking. How unprofessional can a service center for a renowned brand be that their mechanic can't do a very simple oil change properly? I usually change my car frequently and I told the salesperson that I might come back this year looking for another car. NEVER after this kind of service experience.

Excellent service, within the time window, and Syed Murtaza Abidi(one of the service consultants) is a great guy in explaining the details of the service. He and his team is always very helpful ....I have dealt with him for last 10 years , always very friendly... I highly recommend him...
That's my experience of the service department...
However when I bought my new Honda pilot in February 2021 from them...it was a pleasure for a few minutes only....as soon as I drove off from the show room i started noticing electrical problems one after the other...the heating was not working as well ...and the seats were not heating too...turns out that The PDI was not done properly and there were problems one after another.. the sales rep (Jacky Da) was in such a rush to go home that he never checked the car and never explained any of the systems of the car and left for home before I could leave the showroom...and then after a week the battery died ... In a new car !!!??? I had to involve their general manager Gavin ... the dealership had to replace a new battery, and they also had to replace the hose for the windshield fluid since it was broken as well, and all the fluid was simply draining on insulation under the hood and made it flimsy. The extra fluid was draining on the engine ?.... And I'm thinking is this a new car ?? and then last week ie 8th April all my navigation and stereo system went blank and I could hear the static noise like a short circuit.... now they have replaced some connectors ... But I had to go in service twice for two days and they didn't give me any loner car...the manger (Gavin) said that car has to be in service for three days to get a car rental ... Unfortunately that's not true as well.....because later when I came back home and checked my extended warranty and Honda assistance package which clearly says that if my car is in service for than 5 hours I am entitled for a rental car... Omg!!!!... a general manager lying to a customer blatantly!!! And for the record this is my 4th Honda pilot but it will probably be the last .... this car has already been in service and repairs almost 6 times in less than 2 months ...and caused me so much mental trauma and waste of my time ... Honda used to make such remarkable cars and now what has gotten into them. ...well I'm happy for now with the performance of my pilot now.. hopefully it will perform well now. And it may make my confidence go higher in Honda automobile.

I recently picked up my brand new 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid! Janice was fantastic throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Mo provided excellent trade-in value, making my upgrade easier. Ian was patient and thorough in guiding me through the credit application, doing everything he could to secure my approval—and he succeeded! Kudos to Ashley for finding the exact trim and color I wanted. A big shout-out to Essa for creating such an inviting atmosphere at the dealership, from Sales to Service to Reception. I just purchased a 2016 CR-V from Markham Honda. I dealt with Amerti as the sales person. I live far from the dealership and asked her to personally inspect the vehicle for me. She talked to me on the phone while she went through it and sent me a video she recorded on her own phone. When my wife and I picked up the CR-V, it was beyond expectations. Professionally detailed, certified and ready to go, all for a great price.. Amerti was professional, friendly, caring and efficient. Highly recommend her and I will look her up in the future. My most pleasant vehicle purchase ever.
