I was visiting Hong Kong and wanted to meet a salesperson who spoke Cantonese. Finally, the company introduced me to Bryan Chan, who I knew better than me.I originally wanted to buy a second-hand Sienna, but I couldn't get it right. Bryan was very patient and worked with me to select other similar options, and finally chose another 2022 Mazda CX-9. The car was very cost-effective, and both my family and I were satisfied.Bryan not only fulfills his responsibilities, but also loves cars and is familiar with car knowledge. He has no less information about cars than Zuo. If I need any other help in the future, I will seek help from Bryan as soon as possible.

Electric supercharger (level 3) on site.However, dealership has one of their vehicles occupying the spot not charging. Asked if I could swap spots with that vehicle to get a faster charge. After learning my vehicle is not a GM make, they won't do the small courtesy of that. So here I sit on one of their slow chargers for a while. If they aren't going to allow people to use their fast charger, then maybe they shouldn't advertise it. Very rude manager and poor customer service in my opinion

By 3pm had no idea what was going on with my car so I called them. They said they were busy (although I booked the appt a week before and left the car with them the night before.) They said they had to call back and called an hour later, 4pm, to say I need a new battery but they did not have any batteries on site so had to wait another day for it to come in. (I think they forgot about me). Mid-day the next day they called to say it was ok to pick up by 7pm so I got there at 6 after work. They made me feel I inconvenienced them coming at 6 and they could not find my key and suggested I come back the next day or take it with the spare key I had brought and come back the next day to get my missing key. I stayed and insisted they find my key. I was told I was lucky when they found my key. I was told I was lucky they were even there. I offered to play the message I got from them saying it was ok to come before 7. Worst service experience ever. I felt like they wanted me to appolifize to them or agree I was lucky....For what... waiting an extra day? For them losing my key? For them not having it ready for pick up? For taking two days to diagnose a failed battery?

I recently bought a used Buick Encore from Markville Chevrolet. The car was in great condition and priced competitively. Sales Manager, Greg Mikroulis, was friendly, fair and very helpful during the buying process. I recommend you talk to Markville Chevrolet staff if you're considering a purchase.
