Markville Mall Marshalls is a very well-stocked location, similar to other Marshalls stores, but it often feels less crowded which makes the shopping experience much more relaxed. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently friendly and approachable. I find it much easier to shop here compared to other busy stores, and there is usually something worth picking up if you take the time to browse.
This experience took place on Sunday, September 7, 2025. I visited because I needed Blue Jays merchandise for a game I will be attending on Wednesday. At first, I noticed some tank tops, but they were not my style and felt a little too revealing. I decided to take my time carefully browsing through the racks and I am very glad I did because I eventually found a Blue Jays sweater at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what I needed and I was happy with both the selection and the value.
At checkout, Francesca was the cashier who assisted me. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and professional. After paying, I accidentally left my phone at the counter because I was tired and clumsy from a long day. Francesca immediately noticed and kindly ran after me to return it. I was so grateful for her kindness and attention, and it really left a positive impression on me. She truly went above and beyond in her customer service and absolutely deserves recognition from management. In my opinion, Francesca deserves a raise for the way she treats customers with such care and respect. The manager was also very welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall great experience.
Overall, this Marshalls location at Markville Mall stands out for its organization, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and especially its staff. Shoppers are treated with care, and the friendliness of employees like Francesca makes a big difference. This will definitely remain one of my favorite Marshalls locations to visit. 🥰

Good store.this store was organized so well unlike other marshalls in the city.. the deals were almost the same you will find anywhere but it was neat and we found what we wanted soon

Had an employee literally scream at me and my daughter because we were trying to leave through the Marshalls exit at 6:02 even though the doors were not closed yet. It’s where we were parked, rude lady. I’m not trying to shop after closing. You don’t need to yell.

I live in both Markham and downtown Toronto, so I tend to frequent this Marshall's location when I'm back visiting my parents. My go-to Marshall's is normally the Atrium/College Park location, as I find it has a larger selection of items and better brands, in my opinion, and it's always well-stocked.
I was here a couple of months ago, and this review is long overdue, but I received amazing service from Rachel and Patrick. They are very lovely people, always friendly and willing to help. They honestly deserve a pay raise. They worked so hard to provide excellent customer service and to check customers out efficiently.
While the selection here is average and could have more variety, I still find good things, so it's not a major concern for me. I would definitely visit this location if Rachel and Patrick are there—they deserve 100/10 stars!

I had a good experience with my friends in buying Marshall clothes. My friends, we got a lot of help from the lady who was in the Peru room and she was Iranian. I suggest you ask the employee of the Peru room for an opinion and then buy cloth.

If I can give zero start I would, this white lady employee with curly hair said that the chairs should not be sat on and it’s for display, why don’t you put a sign in front then? Very unprofessional

Very big, clean and organized store this is by far the best Marshalls I been to, the workers are so friendly and love going out there way to help me find my items.

Smaller than most Marshalls we have visited. Their selection was not as varied as other Marshalls. We found the store a little disjointed , it did not flow well.
