We came on Saturday. The mall closes at 6pm. We were looking for a dress for my mom and find a really nice dress so my mom wanted to try. It was 5:30pm so we think trying a dress and make a decision would take no more than 10mins. However, the lady kept affirming and rushing us, mentioning there’s only 30 mins left…. My mom finished trying the dress at 5:35pm. The dress was pretty but we will never come back. We didn’t came to store in the last minute and didn’t mean to take salespeople extra time. But it was so annoying when the store doesn’t want your business.

Worst experience at this store. The workers need to be trained on how to speak to their customers. I bought a dress online, not satisfied texture I went to return at Markville mall location Melanie Lyne. I did not try the dress. However there was some dirt near under arm on the dress. Staffs especially the manager kept accusing me how did that happen. I received the dress just like that. It was really frustrating. I cannot believe my favourite store made me stop buying at this store. I totally understand some people try them or wear them and return. I cannot imagine myself being treated like those people. Anyways manager is saying to me don’t shop online come to the stores , who is she to tell me what I do. You need have a limit to talk or treat customers. Of course when you go to buy at this store they will treat you very well. Returns very poor. Not again to this place.

Today was a good day!! I had purchased a gown for my daughters graduation some time ago, we were very excited as the dress was perfect, unfortunately the buying experience was not up to standard!!! The manager of this store was very rude and completely dismissive of me and my daughter! I spent a good amount of money and didn’t appreciate the attitude that came from her!! Anyway to cut a very long story short I went in again today to express my feelings as my daughter a young and impressionable teenager felt awkward but along came YOLANDI!!! She was absolutely awesome!!! I loved her attitude and her diligence, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed me with a big smile, she dealt with my issue promptly and extremely efficiently, thank you so much Yolandi!!! I appreciate your time and effort❤️

I am so happy shopping at Melanie Lyne . I usually come to tje store at Markville Mall and I have to say my experience is the best. The customer service is impeccable from the staff. I usually come in when Rose the sales person always make my experience wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with purchase. Thank you Rose ❤❤❤

I stopped into the Mall in Markham Ontario Canada and saw a Melanie Lyne store. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the clothes and colours stunning for work and dining out, and the sale prices fabulous. Two pieces were not available in my size and the staff ordered and shipped them to me. What more could you wish for in excellent service and quality? ( And I saved almost half price)
