About Miller Waste Systems
Miller Waste Systems is a Canadian leader in waste collection and recycling. Reviews highlight that many drivers are professional, polite, respectful, and hard-working, with specific praise for their smooth service and small thoughtful actions that keep neighborhoods tidy. Customers express happiness with the service, noting employees are eager to help and make the process convenient.
However, some feedback points to average service reliability, citing issues like broken trucks or driver absences on scheduled days without customer notification. A suggestion is made for the company to invest in technology, such as a real-time vehicle tracking app, to communicate delays more effectively. Despite these operational criticisms, many customers are very satisfied, describing the service as excellent and thanking the teams for their hard work, even in challenging conditions.

Fantastic Service. Regular pickup. My commercial bin was in poor condition and the team at Miller brought a new bin within 24 hours. Absolutely necessary for a small business in rural Ontario
