Very disappointed with Miniso’s product quality and customer service. My wife bought a Miniso headset as a Christmas gift for my son, and he started using it in January. A few days ago, I noticed the power button was faulty—it gets stuck and won’t pop back up. I went to the store hoping for a solution, but they only offer a 7-day return/refund policy. For an electronic product, there should be some kind of warranty. Poor quality and poor after-sales service—I won’t be buying electronics from Miniso again

I just realized that they expanded their shop, it’s much bigger and has more hobby collections. They even have Rolife 3D puzzles, anime figures, some characters themed items… they became one of my favorite otaku shopping place!!

worst experience. Will give zero if possible.
Got a rolife building set, found there is missing piece. Went back for return or exchange. They refused to do it. Reason is its opened, ok. How can I discovery it if I don't open it? Do you want your customer bring it for X-ray? Ultral sound?

Checking out price does not match the tag price.
Although there is no specific law that applies to the accuracy of a scanned price, some overcharges may violate the Competition Act. Miniso is playing the trick (twice on me).

There are so many cute items to purchase here at great prices. They've got hats, handbags, wallets, snacks, beverages, phone cases, household items, headsets, speakers, face masks, cleansers, makeup, stuffed animals and so much more to choose from. This location is not big, but it is very organized.

Refund-exchange policy - BAD.Try to exchange in other Hillcres mall in the morning at 11am. They said I need to go to the original location.Go back to this location refund because I bought something in other location, they said it's the final sale. I said NO, it's NOT a final sale last week. They need to call the manager and fill the forms. At the end, transaction Declined. The reason is your receipt expired in 1 hour.It's not a $20 or $30 thing. I bought over $100.Read carefully in receipts, they count by time too, not in date.
