I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after our recent experience with Miracle Movers, I had to give a shoutout to Alex for going above and beyond.
From the moment he arrived, Alex was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Moving can be stressful, but he handled everything with such care and confidence that it instantly put us at ease. He treated our belongings like they were his own—nothing was rushed, and everything was packed, loaded, and unloaded with attention to detail.
What really stood out was Alex’s attitude. He stayed positive the entire time, even when things got a bit tricky. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it made a huge difference in how smooth and stress-free the move went.
Miracle Movers is lucky to have someone like Alex on the team. If you’re planning a move and want someone reliable, respectful, and skilled—ask for Alex. He truly made our experience a great one.

As someone who has moved countless times and knows all to well the egregious array of challenges that come from transporting all your worldly possessions, LET 👏 ME 👏 TELL 👏 YOU 👏 Miracle Movers is by far the best experience I've had with any moving company. From the moment Harold and Sasha pulled up, I knew I was in good hands. They understood the assignment and came to me with the BEST ENERGY and service. Competent ✅ Reassuring ✅ Efficient ✅ Careful yet Quick ✅ Considerate ✅ The movers were moving, and we were here for it ya'll 💅 Also, special shout out to Mildred who arranged everything, answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind. Louis and churro are the best absolutely crushed it, lightening fast but most importantly amazing attitude, all smiles and hard work even when a couple of things didn’t go our way (the table was too big, had a bunch of smaller items, etc). Completely happy with my experience would book with them again in a heartbeat. So professional and efficient. :)

I’m reply to the reply….
1. Lower cost as movers didn’t disassemble everything needed as they were taking too long. I was mindful of their time spent here as I couldn’t afford to have them longer. I still have items I have to move myself from my old house to new house.
2. Movers also asked for a bigger tip, not knowing my financial background, that I’m a single mom and also paying over $1100 for the service, one shouldn’t demand a tip for doing the job set to do. (Also bought them Tim Hortons during the move as well which they didnt take into consideration)
3. Management was not helpful and treats customers like robots. I had to go through with the service as I can’t ask friends or family to take time off work to help me move.

Damaged my television and is not willing to file claim over it. I was told to remove my TV from the wall but keep it plugged it for the movers to confirm it worked. I did this and the excuse the claims department gave me was they were pressed for time so did not test them. If this is not resolved I will be filing with the BBB.

José and Marcelino were fantastic. They moved condo units with ease. They were professional and helped take apart furniture and put it back to together to fit it in the elevator. They arrived on time and communicated their arrival. I will absolutely use these guys again without hesitation. First class movers.
Booked with Mildred as well and she was extremely helpful, she returned my emails quickly and followed up when she said she would unlike some other companies I contacted before Miracle Movers. Don’t waste you time, just hire these guys instead. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with The Miracle Movers, they were very efficient and fast, As a metter of fact i will be using them in another 2 or 3 months because all my furniture was deliverd to my Storage and since I bougt a Condo they will be there for me again.
I do recommend higly the two gentleman , ABDU AND MIDA they were awsome.

The entire process was excellent with quick scheduling/availability, prompt arrival of the moving crew, friendly and professional (could tell that they had lots of experience), extremely efficient (moved 20+ boxes, dresser and other miscellaneous items) within the hour, careful to detail and ensuring that items were not damaged. Definitely recommend and will use if ever back in the area and need for moving.

From beginning to end, dealing with Miracle Movers was a positive experience. I would not hesitate to hire the company again or to recommend this moving company for the following reasons:
-Alisha is the gold standard in customer service: professional, pleasant, patient, great attention to detail, thorough, accurate, outstanding follow-through and as good as her word.
-Reasonable service price, well explained and documented.
-Had previous moving experience when the move team did not get along and it adversely impacted the move. The three member Miracle Move team worked well together, cooperating, helping each other, speaking respectfully and kindly to one another.
-Move team arrived on time, all requested arrangements followed, care and consideration was shown to all items moved, kept a positive attitude to all challenges met (i.e. having to remove closet doors to gain turning space and then replace the doors, once finished)
I wasn't looking forward to moving but Miracle Movers made the process as straightforward and painless as possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I chose to book with Miracle Movers because a friend had used them and thought they were great, and after hearing so many horror stories about moving companies I wanted to book with a company that was reliable. Although the quote they provided was more than almost all the other companies, they assured me that they strive for an accurate quote so there are no surprises on moving day, and I appreciated their effort to provide an honest quote. I think the video walk-through was also helpful in ensuring they generate an accurate quote (versus several other companies that just asked for the square footage or the number of bedrooms). On moving day the movers arrived 2 minutes early, they were super friendly, and overall it was a great experience. I've seen others complain that their movers took too many breaks, etc. but you have to remember that they are doing a physical job day in and day out, so they can't be expected to work for several hours without a quick 5 minute break here and there! Overall I feel that they were efficient and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. And they were very helpful, always checking in to make sure they were putting boxes or furniture in the correct spot. If I ever move again, I will certainly hire them again!

Excellency in their service. Had 4th time service from miracle movers, really the company name itself represents MIRACLE fantastic Tremendous amount of Good Job 👍 by the movers. Always Recommend you to take as it is literally worth spending $ in a very Peaceful way !!!!! Touch wood. Had such a great experience with our movers Luis & Cesar! They handled everything with care, left no marks on the walls or floors, and moved the bigger and trickier items with such ease.
