I was referred by a friend to Pinder’s mechanic shop. Overall, it is good.Pros:- Communicates issues and timelines well, tells you price and gets you’re OK before beginning repair- Repairs and oil changes are done properly, and usually same day service- Mechanic is personable and will take the time to talk to you- Prices are decentCons:- Seems hesitant to take on complex repairs, that some other shops might, which could leave you in a bind. Maybe due to smaller shop/manpower or expertise.

I took my client 88 miles all together for doctor appointments and I still haven't got my reimbursement the people they have working for them didn't put my address in correctly and I talked to them 4 times.They need to train there people better
