Took my Audi Q5 to Motor Workshop in Markham, 19 Laidlaw Rd Unit 2, for a water pump issue. I bought all parts directly from Audi and gave them to Vincent for the repair. After the job, the same problem stayed. I went back and Vincent said the water pump needed the same repair again. We already paid over $700 in labour and about $1200 for Audi parts, so a repeat job points to poor work the first time. No refund offered.
I then went to another mechanic who specializes in German cars, especially Audi. They ordered the same parts from Audi, did the repair right, and fixed the issue on the first try. The car now runs better than ever.
This shop lacks experience with Audi work. I do not recommend Motor Workshop for German cars.

Our family trusts Vincent and his crew for the last 20 years. Honesty trustworthy, and quick reliable service to say the least. Vincent is straight up with the quotes, and will tell you as it is. He does get busy at times so book ahead and make sure you are on time.
Recently my car had a rather difficult diagnosis with the brakes, they were able to give me a few options and sorted out the headaches for me.

Tommy's service puts customers first. Yesterday's tire was severely damaged by an iron plate inserted into it and needed to be replaced. I called him and he immediately came to open the store in advance and order tire installation. We do our best to ensure that customers have a car within a few hours. The fee was more satisfactory than I expected. It's okay if I don't like this service. 100 points.
