My first time visiting this place they don’t even ask you anything they just prepare the bill for you to sign and they tell you this is authorization for taking your car inside I was about ask few questions before doing any service the guy with glasses says aggressively if you don’t trust us don’t come here me being a new first time customer with that behaviour I definitely left because it was not the right approach towards me I’ll $50 extra for an oil change and can not accept disrespect from anyone. I do not recommend for anyone to come here and experience what I have experienced until they respect customers!

Even if a part doesn’t actually need to be replaced, they’ll still tell you it’s for your safety and try to upsell you. Feels more like they’re looking for ways to rip you off than to truly help their customers.
