Visited the store today for the first time. Jenna and Taylor were very helpful. I am having a kitten come home very soon and Jenna helped me pick out all the necessities. The store was very busy but both workers did an incredible job helping other customers. Would shop here. Amazing experience!

I previously gave a review of this location with a five-star rating.But unfortunately, I have to change that rating, i recently contacted for grooming services, and due to a misunderstanding. In communication, the price quoted was not the price charged, no signage is posted, indicating costs for services, while trying to rectify the situation, a store employee became extremely rude, would not allow me to speak and dominated the conversation, this is not an acceptable way to treat customers, i do on my own part admit to becoming so frustrated that some profanity was used by me, but this was after this store, employee became rude. And unprofessional in their demeanor.
I also mentioned to the groomer on 16 or 17 that I needed him shampooed conditioned neck trimmed bum trimmed everything trimmed, and I also said the exact same thing on the phone. I was quoted one price, and then they did different.
I would give zero star if I could...
Store employees are not polite and very rude beyond rudely, and they are not willing to deal with a simple problem.

I was looking for some food for my dog in the evening and Taylor was so helpful in the way of how she deals with her customers!! She is absolutely the best, in the way of helping and communicating with everyone!!! She honestly needs to be promoted!! Best customer service ??

I love taking my dog for grooming at this location. Staff is always friendly, and the lady who takes care of my dog always goes above and beyond, treating her extra special as an old dog.

I came by last week looking for supplies for my new kitten. I spoke with the manager, Jenna who was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me a booklet with ton of tips on caring for my new pet and made sure to show me all the essentials I will need. Will definitely be returning here frequently for all my cats needs.

I went into grab some stuff for a kitten I was picking up (never had a cat before) and I had no idea where to start. I asked Taylor and she quickly got me a list with coupons and helped me around the entire store to get everything I needed. She was super friendly and helpful, giving me tips and was mindful of products and prices. Thank you for all your help Taylor, greatly appreciated it.

Fantastic Experience Every Time!
I absolutely love shopping here! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything my pets need, from high-quality food to fun toys and accessories. I visited this location last Sunday at 6:10 p.m. The store signs and website indicates that the shop closes at 7:00 p.m. I came with my dog in hopes to give my dog a wash (only a wash and not blow dry). When I spoke to the employee, she said I couldn't use the dog washing station because they closed the station at 6:30 p.m. despite there being 2 stations open, and 20 mins available to wash my dog. My issue is that the employee simply said it wasn't possible but didn't give the option to say you can use the station as long as you can finish in 20 minutes. On top of that, there is no sign that indicates that the dog washing station closes 30 minutes before the whole store closes. If that's the case, it should be written on the store website as well as on the door. It seems like the employee just wanted to close it early so that they didn't have to do the work at closing time. I understand that employees might not want to stay after the store is closed to clean up, but customers shouldn't be rejected from a self-service 45-50 mins before closing. I'm disappointed at the experience at this location and despite being a recurrent customer will not be returning.

Really friendly and attentive staff. They were able to answer all of our questions and provided some good recommendations for a new harness and other products that were relevant to our dogs breed (cooling mats and other products for a breed that doesn't cool down easily).
