The staff here are very friendly and the whole store has a great atmosphere. I suddenly wanted to buy some canned food for my cat, and when I checked out, they proactively told me that they had a buy one get one free promotion. It was a great deal. They really considered my cat and my wallet. A very good store.

Great store, always very clean and the staff are really helpful. These are my dog's favourite bulky sticks. They last her a few days (mini schnauzer).

Since adopting our current dog, this has been my go-to location for most pet supplies. Other than a one-off negative experience, the staff here have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. They are kind, respectful, and eager to help. The first time I visted over a year ago, without asking, a staff member assisted me to load large items into my vehicle. We recently used the pet wash station for the first time, it was busy but the staff accommodated us. The facility was clean and made bathing our nervous dog a relatively simple process. Keep up the great work!
