“My parents have always had positive experiences when dealing with this pharmacy. The owners and their staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about their clientele. Recently my mother was prescribed a continuous glucose monitor to manage her diabetes and Toni was kind enough to teach me how to apply it and interpret the results, which is not an easy task for someone who is not technologically inclined! She also taught me how to use a glucometer which we use as an adjunct to double check her sugars when they are very high. This afternoon her GP sent in a last minute prescription for antibiotics. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to pick it up before closing but Cindy told us she’d keep the store open until we came because it was important to treat the infection in a timely manner. Although we made it with a bit of time to spare, I really appreciated her kindness and work ethic. I’m so grateful that my parents chose Uptown as their pharmacy!”
“This is my second time here. There are not many people. The male and female staff at the front desk are very polite and attentive. The female staff speaks Mandarin. I believe the doctor is Indian, very young and very careful, and the pharmacist Ejaz is even more attentive. Overall, I have never tried such a good walk-in clinic. It is definitely worth recommending????”
