Doctor Durriya is an excellent doctor, she has an extremely good understanding of various ailments. She is empathetic and provides a diagnosis which will help in getting the issue resolved. I would highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Dr. Hussain for the past 2 years. He is the most caring doctor I have ever had. He is also very knowledgeable and patient. The reception staff are also helpful and kind.

Such a bad place to go...the receptionist are so mean to thier patients and have so much attitude especially one in particular. They seem to have no patience and no courtesy. They make it seem like every person that walks in is a burden. My family will stop coming here from now on. It’s beyond ridiculous now. If you want good rating...be more nicer and more friendlier . This is exactly why our health care system is going down the drain and we are never improving .

What an unprofessional behaviour by Dr. Shaheen, dentist. Had an appointment at 4 for my kid. Walked in sharp on time, only to learn doctor left 15 minutes ago because he didn’t want to wait for an already scheduled appointment. No reason whatsoever. I literally picked my children earlier from school and cancelled their other class only for this appointment. Clinic or doctor didn’t bother to inform me about doctor’s unwillingness to treat. Guess they don’t understand the pain it takes to bring children to clinic during middle of the day by breaking all their other schedules. Highly unprofessional and callous behaviour. Don’t know why they have such unprofessional doctors. Such a waste of peoples’ time. Very very disappointed.

Been with them 6+ years and if we didn't love Dr. Aleem Hussain, we would have abandoned this Health Centre long ago. Just for their horribly long wait times on the phone. Some very unprofessional and rude receptionists, except Yvonne. Hate calling them. Extremely frustrating!

I can't believe this is Ontario in the 21st Century. Very insolent reception as though we were lucky to even be a patient there.I took a blood test and called me 5 days after to book an appointment.My wife booked an appointment for eye issue and the appointment was given 4 days after.Today I have an issue, an after holding the line for 45 mins because my email from yesterday was not replied to the receptionist told me the doctor will call me some time today.I will advise the Ministry of Health look into this malpractice.I wish that there were lower than one star

Terrible customer service. The older man is extremely rude. Simply started walking away during our conversation because he didn’t want to have it anymore. Do not follow their own return policies. Do not recommend.

when ever i call, even if im caller # 1, receptionist puts me on hold for long and they dont answer the call for 20-25 minutes. why do they hire such incompetent receptionists who cannot multi task. i just called in to ask the message that my family dr left and asked me to call. im a working women and my break is only 15 mins. but literally its pathetic. They should hire professionals who know how to do division of labour and manae their taks.

Receptionist puts me on hold and doesn’t answer the phone call while I’m sick and in so much pain. I DO NOT recommend this place and will also file a complaint with the manager. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I would give 0 if I could
