The gentleman behind the counter ( I think his name is Ron) was absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked in, he knew exactly what I was picking up. He went above and beyond with his customer service as he soldered together exactly what my husband needed instead of selling us the separate parts and for us to put together. Great store and service! My experience here was excellent!! My son's toy broke so I visited this store to see if they could fix it. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to fix the toy no problem. I had thought about fixing it myself, but after watching him do it, I really had no chance on my own. LOL My 4-year old son was curious about the repair and the owner took the time to talk him through what he was doing and what the parts were for. I really can't say enough great things about my experience here! My son and I left with a working toy and bought a fun new model car to play with as well!! Easy 5-stars!!!
