Aug 19, 2025. 10:45 am. No one here. Sign on door & website both say they open at 10:00 am. This is not the first time. Very disappointing.

They say open at 10 but no one shows up till 10.15. If you can’t open at 10 then change your timing instead of letting people wait outside for no reason 😡

at 10:08 am in front of door already have 3 customer waiting for the door open. Even there is mailman is waiting. I have been this place since 10:00am in the morning. The person call store they told will come until 10:16am.

I’ll change this review once they start opening at regular business hours at 9 am. 10 am is very inconvenient seeing they are the closest purolator drop off thanks . Service is usually good

Extremely inconvenient business hours. Still dont understand why purolator drop my package to this store while their other authorized agents, are closer to my place and hours friendly

Hours online and at the door say they open at 10am. I was there early and waited until just after 10 and they were still closed. Tried calling, no answer. Waited around for another 5 minutes to see if anyone would open, no luck. There are better ways to waste your time.

I loved the different options here that you can choose from, and the lady was kind enough to say check with Canada Post outside in case their rate is much cheaper. There's a variety of services here too like copying and printing, and mailbox services. But most importantly is the owners are helpful and not greedy, I appreciate that
