They accepted my amazon return with QR code. Quite quick and no problems. Saw a post concerning no QR code returns but they are doing them now or it might depend on the employee possibly.

A note to everyone visiting this Purolator location (inside Staples) to drop off Amazon returns. They do not accept Amazon returns with QR code.

Not even willing to spare tape to tape the top part of the box. Was forced to buy a whole roll of tape just to get this done.

Purolator is always good, but the staff was in hurry and she printed my name wrongly on both labels. She refused to reprint the label and corrected it with pen.

Never use their shipping services as they will never ever try to help you. In my case I had returns from amazon and they forced me to buy a five dollar tape to tape my label onto the envelopeAnd the manager was just laughing at me and telling me this is what I have to do if I want to send itI do not think it's right for a 3 cent usage of tape. I had to pay five dollarsI had to pay because i'm leaving the country in two days

I drpped off my package on the 23rd at Staples. No receipts given. Today is 26th and it still doesn't show id the package has been picked up or not.

Puralator service here doesn't provide receipts for drop off. Maybe its normal but how they tell you is very rude, in a condescending tone.Also, they leave packages in a shopping cart behind the counter swinging door. Its very easily accessible by anyone passing by. Versus other locations, they store in a locked shelving unit or on a counter far away from counter. Doesnt provide any sense of security at all.
