I went to Racquet Guys store for the first time yesterday.
I was VERY IMPRESSED by their knowledgeable, friendly, very patient staff..... they answered all my questions and thoroughly explained and helped me make the right decisions in my upgrading of my pickleball paddle and court shoes etc..
The STAFF went ABOVE and BEYOND with their time and knowlegeable input to make me feel good about my purchase

Really want to write this review for Rob, who was a super professional, knowledgeable, and nice person who helped us find the best fit for our tennis shoes!! We came here multiple times for our gears but this was the best experience we had so far. Rob really went above and beyond in his job and offered great advice on the shoes according to the shape and size of our feet. It really made our day at the end of 2024 finding pairs of ideal shoes and we are really grateful to be helped by such professional. Thank you Rob and Racquet guys. Hope you all have a great 2025.

They have a lot of rackets, strings, and everything, but the guy who helped me was kind of rude and gave me the wrong racket, and the racket I strung here broke after a few uses. I recommend the Merchant of Tennis more because they have better customer services and they are the official stringers of the NBO.
Update:
They called me, and patiently listened to the issues I had. Although I had negative experiences before, I am now satisfied with the way they tried to improve.
