Only been in here a couple times. Once I went to the ATM and once to a teller. This branch is kept clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. I only had to wait a few minutes to see a teller.

I had a frustrating experience with a staff member named Ronald Wong who made the process of providing required documents quite cumbersome by requesting them piece by piece, rather than all at once.
Additionally, he provided incorrect information about the credit card product, which added to the confusion. His lack of attention during our interaction, as he was chatting with a friend on the side, further diminished the professionalism expected. Overall, this was a less than satisfactory experience.

The guy that opened our business account I believe his name is Ralph or Ronald or Rudolph.., didn’t know his stuff, very green; not only that but we are opening a business account, giving our business to rbc, tells one of my partners to go across the street to the Tim hortons to use the bathroom. Not how I would treat a client. We were there for 2 hours. Ridiculous.

I find this branch is convenient to use. The staff in general are friendly and efficient. The only issue is the parking.

I generally enjoy using RBC as my bank. However, this brach has low Google reviews for a reason. Bad attitude and unhelpful teller and branch manager. I had to drive to a nearby branch to get the task done.

I went to this branch and trying to deposit bank draft for another person, I have POA, and they wanted to call another person to verify why he can't do it by himself, what stupid, It is 3rd party deposit, I deposit (giving money), not withdraw money, bad service, not professional at all, so I had to go to another branch to deposit successfully. please be smart, don't look like jerks, not recommend this branch.

Stay away from this branch. The teller's are completely incompetent. I gave them my new Pre-Authorized Debit Form and they will managed to screw that up. How dumb do you have to be to write down the wrong account number when it clearly states on the form? Jesus!
