Not good branch for Business banking. They charge lots of money to having Business account and they don’t even provide deposit slip, when you go to counter for deposits. Specially South Indian lady sits there she don’t have customers experience at all. She doesn’t know how to treat the customers and how to talk to them. She told me get slip from other branch who can give you free and deposits the money. I don’t know her name otherwise I would have sent an email to the RBC Branch manager.

TLDR Avoid this place at all cost. They either are incompetent and/or try to avoid acknowledging their mistake or something worst.
They screwwed up on a deposited cheque worth $10k++ that was withdrawn but not deposited and sent to LIMBO and kept giving us the run around when asked where the missing money went. Had to go to another RBC to get the paperwork to deal with it that this RBC Branch manager REFUSED TO PROVIDE. The papers proved they screwwed up as they wrote the wrong payee for one of the cheuque of two. We kept asking for documentation of the deposited cheques which they stated they couldn't get for us. After a month of back and fourth going nowhere (asking for documentation and saying they couldn't get it here), BMO where the money was withdrawed (but not deposited) informed us RBC were obligated to provide documents so went to another RBC to get them for BMO which soundly resolved the issue which showed the improper payee was filled in by their employee on the bank transaction not matching the name on the cheque.

This branch is under staff and if you choose to go to this location keep at least 1 hour in hand for you to get to your turn.

I rushed to the bank at 4:50pm even though they closed at 5pm because I had to sort some things out before catching my upcoming flight the same day. Ithaya (i hope i am spelling his name right) went above and beyond to help me problem solve and stayed past closing to help me complete what I needed, his customer service touched me! I am so grateful and so happy to have encountered such a kind soul!

longest wait times I've encountered compared to other RBCs all over GTA. Staff will pass you around also because no one wants to do the work.

Worst experience I’ve had at a bank I had a appointment at 3:30 got there exactly 3:30 had to ask an employee about my appointment she told me to sit she will contact the advisor I was sitting there for more the half hour had to asked someone else for help so then after the advisor finally came out and said she thought I wasn’t coming anymore so then I told her I’ve been here waiting etc not even a I’m sorry about that all she said was how can I help you i had to just walk out i don’t recommend the place to anyone

Always understaffed. Be prepared to wait an hour for every visit. Been going here for 2 years and it's always been horrible!

I would like to give this branch a zero. As a new business account holder their staff treat people like criminals and have no respect or customer service. Wait times are abysmal. Train your staff to do better. Horrible representation of this bank. I now travel further to avoid dealing with anyone here.

I normally don’t write long and negative reviews, but I can’t keep my anger today and want people to be aware of this branch.I would give -100 if I could. I went in today wanting to verify a fraudulent mobile cheque and I understand that no personal information can be given, especially I’m not a RBC customer. But I just need some help to see if that’s fake cheque. The lady who I had (Indrani) was beyond rude, full of attitude, totally unprofessional. She told me the account is good, and nothing else she can say. I said I understand, I don’t want to know any personal information, I just want some pointers on how I can verify whether this is a good cheque or not. Did not even let me finish my sentence, cut me off anything I say. I can’t even carry on a normal conversation, so I asked for her manager, she told me “WHO ARE YOU TO ASK FOR A MANAGER IMMEDIATELY, YOU ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMER”. Then another customer (a nice lady) came into my defence saying I just want some help because I might be scammed, and the brand rep (Indrani) continues to rude to her, their own customer, kept cut her off, and eventually telling her to leave now and she will deal with me. She told me to sit down and wait for a manager. So I did, but meanwhile she did nothing, I waited and waited. Finally decided to go to the back and ask for a manager, and I was told the manager was not in today (wow). So at the end I was helped by another employee and told me straight up that the mobile cheque I had is 100% fake. So had I listened to Indrani, I would have lost a lot of money and my own account could have been blocked by my own bank!Guess because I’m not their customer, it is OK for me to receive such customer service, all these years dealing with multiple different banks, I have never gotten this rude, poor service. RBC just cut off all potential future business with me, never RBC again because of this lady.
