The conversion of these RBC banks from teller staffed to operations that just push financial instruments and don’t care to help with actual banking is a huge mistake.I will be transferring to any bank nearby that has the common sense to not be so greedy.

Another corporate decision that does not care about customers convenience, time or opinion. Customers of the boxgrove branch now have to go all the way to 14th and Markham Rd for their non ATM transactions. I don't see the point of having 2 branches on Markham Rd and not having a single branch east of Markham Rd where Boxgrove, Cornell etc are growing communities. Not only that, there is a proposed plan of 800+ units in boxgrove. The boxgrove branch is a waste of money and employee. If it wasn't such a hassle to move all my business elsewhere, I would have been long gone.

We talked to someone on the phone from rbc who fixed our issue however they said we had to go to the bank branch at box grove to complete the account closure.The RBC manager of this bank said they would not honor what was discussed on the phone. They previously messed up a simple credit card payment that cost us 3k and now another 800 in bogus nsf fees from an account that was supposed to be closed a year ago??Ive been with RBC for 20 plus years but this particular bank has slowly pushed me away from them as they are consistently awful. I'm now moving all my investments out of RBC immediately . ?RBC.

Horrible service provided by Brinzal Shah, she made me visit the branch 4 times because she did not knew what she was doing. I escalated the issue with manager still I am waiting for my pre-approved credit card to be processed. Now I have to visit the branch again in order to find out what went wrong.

I would give them NO STARS at this branch. They have converted this branch and made it a coffee lounge (with no coffee). I have no idea what the purpose of the branch is!!!! Nor do the employee!!! Walk into the branch and everyone is sitting on their personal cell phones and/or eating. Cannot do a third party deposit, cannot get cash except through ATM and only the limit on your account. I absolutely hate this branch and their services they have started. It is not a welcoming bank at all. RBC is wasting "OUR" money to rent this space and pay the employees here. They should close down and I can move my locker from this location to a better location on 14th avenue and markham road. Can't believe that this is the same place I started all my accounts and my kids accounts in my community. Will never bank here ever again.

Worst Bank ever. Nobody inside knows how to do anything, everyone is asking 1 person. I was passed to 3 different staff for a basic payment. Language communication is challenging if you speak French or English. The staff are rude and abrupt. - Go to another branch if possible.

Waste staff, cash counter staffs dont know much, also their r not ready to connect someone who has experience. No helping mind. I asked to talk to manager but they r not allowed me.

Slow service, tellers who lack knowledge (everyone kept referring to one teller for help), made me come back 3 times for one simple over-the-counter task.I opened this account on a promo, will probably leave RBC on the whole because of all of the hassle they put you through for simple things.

I went to this branch weeks ago for a monthly fee issue(RBC charge me extra monthly fee), they didn’t fix the problem but says they will make investigation, they had my number says will contact me in a few days. And that seems like CASE CLOSED for them, because they never reached out, very irresponsible!

Bunch of semi-literates, zero sense of customer service. Don't care for RBC loyal clients. Makes me think should I be with RBC or switch to better bank for customer service.

Went to the Bank on Wednesday, October 20th and the teller was assisting me with bank charges and had promised to change my account to a advantage account. These changes were not made and I had to call into the branch customer service and spoke with Mike who helped me with my issue in a timely manner, he was very professional.
