I was feeling really stressed out since there was fraudulent happening on my credit card and I also lost it. Calling on the phone for a support staff was taking a bit too long so I decided to go in person. I went in on February 3rd, 2024 at around 1:35 PM. I was helped by an individual named Hannah and she was very patient and kind with me throughout the process. She explained thoroughly to me what she was doing and never left me in the dark. I wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Hannah. Thank you!

If there was a 0 star then I would opt for it. I walked in the branch 3 weeks before my renewal and I was met with false promises, I kept following with Gary Tsang/Lisa Chan on emails until 7 days prior to my renewal but they simply didn't care to revert despite providing requested documents promptly that was asked of. I have closed my financial relations with RBC because of this behavior and for sure wont be returning to RBC in future.

I arrived at the branch around 12 p.m. with the intention of conducting a direct transfer to another account. However, I had an unfortunate encounter with one of your employees, Allan, who displayeda highly unprofessional and rudeattitude towards me.Upon explaining my intention to perform a direct transfer, Allan abruptly informed me that it wasnot possible and presented two alternative options. He stated that I could either be charged a hefty fee of $50 for a worldwide transfer or purchase a money order for $10. I was taken aback by this response as I have conducted direct transfers in thepast without encountering any issues or additional charges.Allan's manner of communication was extremely discourteous and lacked the empathy and understanding onewould expect from a customer service representative. His behavior made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It is disappointingto have such a negative encounter at a bank.

When we walked into the bank we were greeted by an employee asking us if we had an appointment. We saw Neerej today and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very helpful and very professional. Was able to fix a problem we had been trying to fix with RBC for weeks.

Google maps gave long way to selected location.North on Provincial Hwy 404 to 16th Ave. exit. Exit 404 and turn left (east) on to 16th Ave. and stay on 16th Ave.When reaching intersection of 16th Ave. and Hwy.48 and Markham Road. Turn left( go north)for five to 10 minutes. This is the Royal Bank of Canada branch at Hwy 48 and William Jeffreys Road. City of Markham.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a totally unprofessional organization. I have power of attorney for a disabled relative and was calling to request a call or Zoom meeting to discuss a motgage. No human being answers the phone and it is impossible to speak to one. You are screened out by a robot who demands your debit card number. If you are not an existing customer, there is no way to speak to a human being. The phone disconnects if you are unable to enter an existing debit card number. I guess they want to guarnatee that they never get a new customer or new business.My relative (who is an RBC customer) also tried to reach a human, but the system does not allow for that. This system not only ensures bad sevice, but it is unlawful as it dicriminates against persons with disabilities.This is totally unprofessional and below the minimum standard one expects of a bank like RBC. Avoid this place.

Louri is the nicest and most helpful person that has ever worked at this branch. I used to have problems coming here as a lot of the staff was not friendly and often not very helpful but wow has Louri changed my view around.I came in today to verify that I'm still a student as I still have one more year of school, after struggling on the phone, a customer service rep told me to just go into the branch and I'm so happy I did. Louri helped us immediately, her personality (and awesome outfit) was so bright and personable. She got my account extended and was incredibly kind! She even complimented my hair (and my mom's hair!!) What a lovely person! She deserves a bonus!! Louri is the best!

I came to this bank to get a refund for property tax. I was having a tough day dealing with the City of Toronto to get my refund.Then I came to this bank for a bank memo and Louri assisted me and explained when I can get my refund and how the system works as I filled up documents.All my headache and worries were gone because Louri assisted me every step of the way! She even went above and beyond to explain how I can follow up and even called me to inform my money is back in my account.100 stars ⭐️ For an excellent staff. Please give Louri Staff recognition and raise in salary.I will definitely go back to this branch
