... they use hunter's top of the line model for its tire changer ... it can install low profile tires and run flat tires without being scratched on rims and being damaged on tires ...... RECOMMENDED ...

Very bad experience at Richcan tires recently. The tire they replaced always run into “flat tire” but they insist no issue with the tire… and never provides receipt… I am going to report to CRA.

I just have them replaced 2 tires on my clunker and the tires look very decent (used but 90% tread left). Waited for a while since they were quite busy but I cannot complain about their price and service.

避坑！不诚信！不专业！从来没说过一个地方垃圾 但今天要破例了 :)I went there for a tire replacement. The TIRE GUY there told me he did not know how to use the tire machine and he had to wait for another lady came to help him from home. A tire guy did not know how to use tire machine… Okie..At that moment I had a bad feeling about it.This was what happened next! They installed a different brand tire (different from other 3 tires) on my car without letting me know! I realized it after the installation was done. They lied about it saying they told me before installing it which was not true at all. They were so unprofessional and told me driving with different brand tires would be no problem at all (the patterns are not even the same!)They INSTRUCTED me use this different brand tire go home now and come back Monday to change this tire again to another same brand tire as other 3 tires. They had no credibility at all and of course they charged me another $40 for changing the wrong brand tire back to my old tire for their dishonesty :( The lady who came to help the tire guy literally yelled ‘I don’t care, pay us $40 dollars or go home with this tire’ in Chinese.For a Saturday afternoon I waited one hour there and paid $40 for nothing. They did not even inflate my tire after changing it back! Luckily it’s a run flat tire so I could be able to drive home.This place is totally a scam and a dishonest place. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to be ripped off.
