Just left this Rogers Store. For whatever reason, my 2 year old Samsung S22 Ultra couldn't connect to the Rogers Mobile network. I could not make nor receive any calls even after chatting with Rogers Mobile online customer service. So I tried going to this Rogers Store at my corber. Syed and Mohammed got me sorted quite quickly. They checked my phone, fiddled with the settings, checked my Rogers account. After a few minutes of eliminating possible causes, they tried replacing my sim card. AND IT WORKED!! and this whole process cost me at total of $0! I insisted on paying but they would not hear of it and simply wished me a good evening. Best customer service ever from this Rogers store!

Upon entry, the agent that helped us was friendly and helpful. Syed is professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He clearly explained the options so we could see the full picture. He gave us time to discuss and make decisions on our own. Syed was able to answer all our questions and suggested suitable upgrades that worked with our plans.
