It was my first experience at Sage Natural Wellness today at CF Markville and it was the best. The representatives there were very welcoming and committed to great service. In particular, I would to mention JAZLEEN a representative over there. She explained us very well how to operate diffuser as I never bought one before. She has detailed information for each of the products there. She asked my preferences and assisted me accordingly. I purchased a diffuser and a kit of 4 fragrance bottles to gift one of my friend. She was really knowing her job and how to understand customer needs and her commitment to provide a great customer service. You are the best out there JAZLEEN!! ????Thank you!???

I love this brand - a bit pricy though.Very good quality essential oils.The staff at this location is super friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommend for your very own usage or a gift!

I’ve always had a great experience at Saje, but this store in particular goes above and beyond. The manager is amazing, knowledgeable and so positive. She is excellent at what she does.Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely be visiting again!

I love the brand Saje. Great natural products that actually work, a bit pricy but definitely worth the money! I Got a diffuser that had an issue and the lady exchanged it for me with no hassle. She also informed me they do lifetime guarantee with there diffusers which is another plus! The staff is very friendly and informative. They have a nice friendly atmosphere!

Was at Eatons Saje on Saturday and larger aerosol handsanitizer was on sale for $12.80. Made a special trip to Markville Saje, label said $16 so I asked..and the asian sales lady didn’t even bother to check the price. Poor training. No wonder the store is empty 90% of the time

I went to the Markville location sometime in July 2020 and the store associate that was helping me was very stand-offish. She looked like she didn't want to be there and was quite rude while speaking with me. I walked into the store and she waited for me to walk all the way in to the store for her to send me back to the front to get my hand sanitized. Then I proceeded to look at one of their products and put it back on the shelf when done. She instructed me from across the room to put the product on the ledge of the shelf so she knew which one I touched so she could disinfect it. I was the only one in the store and if their instructions were that specific, they should've posted them in their store. Needless to say I felt very unwelcome and will not shop there again.

I bought a diffuser last week and before buying it I asked about the return policy and the lady there advised me that I have 30 days to return the diffuser of I don’t like. However, when I went to their store this weekend to return the diffuser (because the diffuser is not working good as I try it for 3 hours and you cant smell any scent coming from it unless you are veryyyy close to it), they told me that I can’t return it because I used 1 time!!!!!! Are u serious !!!! How can I know if I like a product or not if I dont try it at least once!! Added to that they give a number to call and discuss the return option with them !! I called the number an no one pick up the phone !!! This is a very poor customer service

March 7, 2021 - My Mom's birthday is coming up soon, so I decided to buy her a diffuser. Sage was having a sale on diffusers and also if you spend a certain amount you can get another diffuser for $50. I only bought 1 diffuser, even though it was a good deal. I bought the Aroma Zen Ultrasonic Diffuser which comes with two free blends Citrus Dream + Unwind Harmonizing. The diffuser at Saje has a life time warranty. Which I find is pretty amazing. So, if my diffuser stops working I can take it back with or without a receipt and get a replacement of equal value or pay the extra to get something that is more expensive. Staff: 5/5 very helpful and assisted us the entire time.Store: 5/5 clean and had disinfectant at the entrance, smells amazing. FYI: please don't quote me on the warranty *Thank you* please ask about the warranty for the diffusers. : P

Went into this location as the smell caught my attention very fragrant store as I was walking around a sad grumpy employee demanded I sanitize my hands very rudely. The only.issue I ahd with this is they use a cheap generic product sanitizer that they have refilled in a giant jug thar came out like water that left my hands red stinging and peeling after I left. If these side affect do not resolve by a a couple days o will investigate what type of sanitizer they are making people use in their store as they should be held liable.

I came into the store for gift items for a family member who loves Saje products. Due to the times, I was very hesitant to stay long and intended to be in and out for 3 minutes. Iwas greeted and approached by Kylie warmly and was put at ease with the conversation. She was open to providing product information, reviews of majority of the items from personal use and suggestions for the gifts. The amount of her product knowledge and first hand recommendations was impressive as it made a huge impact on my current and future purchase selections. Kylie made the experience pleasant and light, especially compared to other stores at the mall.I recommend anyone looking around and/or shopping at this location to greet Kylie. She will provide a positive vibe, great smiles and kind assistance.Thanks again, Kylie. I appreciate all the help and your product research on your own time. Keep up the awesome work.
