I've been taking my Mercedes-Benz and Lexus to Sam's Auto Garage for all my repair and maintenance needs, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the care they give to my vehicles is top-notch. Tino, in particular, has been fantastic - he's always helpful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied with the service.
The rates are very reasonable, and the quality of work is exceptional. I've tried other garages in the past, but Sam's Auto Garage has become my go-to for all my car's needs. Their expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and I appreciate the transparency and communication they provide throughout the repair process.
I highly recommend Sam's Auto Garage to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable, and skilled mechanics. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! Thank you, Sam's Auto Garage, for taking such great care of my vehicles and me.

Been going here since 2021 for my BMW but finally had to admit to myself that this place just isn’t genuine.
1. They constantly miss basic things like alignment needed after certain parts are replaced - they rush and charge premium
2. Midas did a much better job by far when I compared
3. They are obsessed about money and it shows - one of the owners grabbed my cash straight out of my hand lol…and it wasn’t even a large bill, like a $20. I never thought much about this small act until recently when I found out that my car had a serious issue that this shop should’ve discovered. They had two chances to find it. But they didn’t.
European car speciality shops are rarely truly needed.
Midas can do almost everything with aftermarket parts and much cheaper fair labor prices.
So save your time and money, and have peace of mind knowing Midas can do a much better job and are much more careful.
I’m not associated with Midas.
I’m just writing to help other car owners.
I just had two separate Midas experiences at different locations that made me realize this Sam’s Garage business is severely flawed.
Car owners deserve better.
Take your car elsewhere.
You won’t regret it.

This is where everyone should go, from maintenance to complex issues with their cars. This family establishment knows what they are doing and will take care of you for a reasonable cost. They are exquisite in sports cars as they cater to high end sports cars and your little run down Honda. They treat you well and I appreciate them. Absolutely recommend. Thank you Tino and Louie, you’re doing great.

My family has been coming here forever and the work is immaculate every time with very fair and even generous pricing. Tino and Louie are outstanding guys and they run a clean shop. They contact you, keep you up to date, and never make you feel like they're rushing you out the door. I hardly see them, but they always ask about my family and catch up. I've only recently been bringing my own vehicle here and I've never felt taken advantage of and I've always been happy with the work they've done. It is very hard to find trustworthy folks to work with and I make the trip from East York because I know I'm 100% in good hands when I bring my car to Sam's.
If you're in the area or just looking for stand-up folks to work on your vehicle no matter the distance, this is the place to go.

Called several places and quoted the price for safety certificate inspection. The prices are all 150. I booked here because it is close to my place. Went for the inspection, did not mention anything to me. After the inspection, they charged me 217+tax and told me their system was upgraded. I quoted the other places immediately and the price were still 140 with tax included. Should inform me about the price change before the job. It is now how business is done. Telling customers a lower price and charge a high price with a peanuts discount. That is how business is done here. Not responsible for their words at all, never trust them.

Louie and Sam are very professional and honest mechanics. Very nice, tidy garage, showroom and waiting area and friendly staff all around ! They call me with a diagnosis and estimated repair cost before they start and then the final bill is exactly the estimate - no surprises ! They've done very good work in keeping my 2001 BMW 540i running well : In spring of 2024, this car had a fuel line leak, then a dead starter later and then a brake fluid line leak and was in need of urgent help and, on all three occasions, Sam's Garage took me in even though they were busy and fixed all these issues up really nicely within a day and the car is still running nicely with all their repairs holding up well. These guys know what their doing, never try to upsell or do extra work and I trust them. Will bring all my other older and newer cars to them for sure. Highly recommended !

I know Sam and his Sons they are good people , I bought a luxury Suv from them couple years ago and also let them Service my Escalades, they use to do great job with bill ending $6000 yo $7000 each time, I didn’t care because they get the job done right. , how ever I was there couple days ago and told them to figure out the message on the dash also do rotation and alignment on my 21 escalade, after 2 days the couldn’t figure it out and suggested to go to dealer and offer to do the rotation and alignment only and but when I got the vehicle back with $500 bill I notice that only passenger side tires is been switched and driver side is same, I texted Tino and let him know, and unfortunately he ignored me.
Here I am going to dealer again for the same 2 reason and end up paying again to dealer.
I very surprised by being ignored by them and will not go back.

I went in for an odd rattle under the car. He saw me within the hour to take a look. Found out it was just a rusted heat shield and I was done shortly after.Honest garage.
