I had a very poor experience just trying to get basic information from this car wash, even before using their service.
Today the temperature is around –15°C, and I called to ask about their opening hours. The person on the phone repeatedly said “closed, closed,” without any proper explanation. I clearly explained that I was asking about their regular office/opening hours, not whether they were open at that exact moment.
I was then told that they are 24 hours, which is very confusing. When I asked whether they were closed specifically due to the weather, the person kept repeating that they were “closed” and refused to explain why.
Saying the business is 24 hours but not actually operating as such, combined with such a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, is extremely misleading. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I haven’t even used their service yet, and the experience was already this bad. I will definitely be blacklisting this business.

Car wash randomly stopped in the middle of the wash with soap on my car. I asked the clerk in Shell and explained my situation. He didn’t care and offer me a new ticket. Drove home with soap on my car and took photos.

The cashier is just SMH I HONESTLY DON’T REALLY PUT REVIEWS, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY AWKWARD SO BASICALLY WE’RE AT THE CAR WASH AND THE CODE DIDN’T WORK. SO I ASKED THE CASHIER TO OPEN THE DOOR AND THERE WAS A BIG LINE BEHIND ME. THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME COULDN’T MOVE BACKWARDS AND THE CASHIER WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING. HE WOULDN’T OPEN THE DOOR SO I LEAVE AND EVERY TIME HE ANSWERED THE CALL HE WOULD SAY TRY AGAIN KEEP TRYING AGAIN. IT WAS EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND ANNOYING. I PAY MONTHLY FOR THE CAR WASH AND I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL BUT MOST OF THE TIME THE CODES DON’T WORK OR THE TIMING IS ALWAYS OFF.

Poor car wash experience, the machine hit my car back and stop. Luckily no damage. Run in to the shop and ask the staff, the staff said may be my car stop not properly, what? The machine has sensors to measure the car position. Asked for the staff to assist wash again as my car full of soap, he just printed a ticket valid for 30days and said nothing can help for the queue, oh my god. Poor service!

Rude lady at the counter sitting and shouting on the customers no manners should not be at the customer service !!
Avoid going in if you can and also very low pressure on pumping gas ! I wonder why !

Switching the car wash from the rail-drive version to the drive-in one was a downgrade. It now takes five minutes to wash just one car—totally inefficient—and the soap wasn’t even enough to cover the windshield.
You’re better off going to the car washes at Hwy 7 & Valleymede or Yonge & Garden.

All their windshield washers are broken or worn out.
Other than that, it's a regular gas station.

The station has installed new gas pumps but only option was to authorize for $250! Service was not good at all and the attendant had attitude issues. Will not go back.

Called to ask a few questions about a product in store and the representative was very reluctant to provide any information despite me mentioning I’m a customer. I wasn’t asking any questions about pricing so it was a bit odd how dismissive he was. Please train staff, do better…since he thinks I’m a “competitor” I’ll gladly take my business there

For some reason the employee told me I couldn't play any lottery until after 2:00. I worked at various shells for 8 years and we never had such a rule. Employees here seem to be poorly trained in general.
