I think I cannot say shell is the worst in many thing but car wash are definitely too slow (wait for 30 min or more, especially this location) in most of the shell because most of them are touchless. And many of shell's soft cloths car wash are down all the time in the winter time in GTA. I think I won't join or buy car wash pass any more and use their car wash after this month.

At this location, car wash was not working, but it did not show on the app this car wash was closed. So when I tried to use my monthly subscription, it registered as used, but only the door did not open.
tried to talk to the attendant Raj to ask for a single pass to make up for the day as I did not get the wash. I can come back later to use it. The attendant refused to listen and said come back later and talk to the manager. Says he’s not authorized to give the make up single use car wash. I asked for proof I can use later to talk to his manager, maybe he can write me a note or record a voicemail or something, so I can use it to come back and talk to his manager. He refused to provide anything and just walked away into the back. Avoid this station and this attendant Raj. Very rude man.

I gave this location a second chance, but the employee was extremely rude. He ignored customers and yelled at people for no reason. I honestly don’t know what was wrong with him, but it made the visit very uncomfortable.
I won’t be coming back again. There’s an Esso just two blocks away with much better service — that’s where I’ll go from now on.

Worst gas station in the GTA. Not only is it expensive, but their pumps force you to watch ads with sound while you pump. In addition to that and despite the pumps being quite new, they're extremely slow - perhaps to force you to watch more ads?
And don't even think about getting a car wash here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes. It doesn't seem to matter when you go, because the car wash only does one car at a time there's an ungodly wait.

I went here this morning to put $5 in my car. I filled up as usual, but as I drove off my gas tank said I didn't get any gas. I spoke with the person at the front desk and all they did was print my receipt.

The attendant is super rude and has no basic understanding of customer service. Worst gas station ever!

This is the closest station to me but I specially fill up elsewhere because they always charge at least 5¢+ more than other Shell stations nearby. That's greedy. Be more competitive and you'll get more business.

Car wash is the slowest ever. Granted it’s touchless but can only service one car 5-7 minutes at a time.

Overpriced. It's most often the most expensive shell in the area. They have a good carwash, but it always has a long line up.

It's always overpriced it's always more expensive than any other gas station around even other shells. The car wash is very high tech and cleans the car well.
