Worst customer service ever, went to the car wash didn’t work. Pulling rail keep pushing my car back. Asked the cashier (Siva) can you do re wash, he started yelling for no reason we can’t do re wash and stuff since I’m using app and he try to sell me premium car wash. At the end didn’t end up washing my car. Why would I pay since I’m paying for the app?

Brown female cashier doesn’t know customer service. Ive worked in customer service for the past 5 years, not once have I rushed a customer at the cash register to either hurry up or move out of the way so I can take the next customer. Yes it makes sense if I stood the line up for what, 10 minutes +? I was there for like 30 seconds, and the female cashier kept pushing us saying maam if ur still deciding move to the side there’s customers behind you (like 1 person). Mind you we haven’t even decided for 5 minutes yet (it’s literally been like 1 minute MAX) and ur here rushing us to hurry or move 😂 literally a joke, maybe learn some customer service. Thanks.

***DO NOT GET A CAR WASH HERE*** The car wash broken. I requested a refund after they couldn't fix it for 5 minutes because I had to go to work. I repeatedly asked the two staff working there at 8:30 a.m on August 5th to give me a refund. They repeatedly refused. Initially one of them said they can't refund a car wash purchased on the app. Then he changed his excuse to needing to talk to his manager to check the CCTV to make sure I actually didn't get the wash done. Fine, but he can see my car is still dirty and dry and I had just called less than a minute ago. Then he asked me to try again because he fixed the car wash. He did not fix the car wash. I then repeatedly called and asked him to refund my credit card. He repeatedly refused and said he would just fix the car wash. All in all I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for them to fix the car wash. They failed to fix the car wash in the end and they STILL refused to refund me, which is just baffling. To top it off, now the app says my carwash was used (likely due to their awful app depleting the wash even though the carwash was down) and they still won't make it right. Now I have to waste my time doing a chargeback and calling corporate on these scammers.

The car was alright overall, but the windshield was left wet, which made it a bit inconvenient. There weren’t any paper towels provided to wipe it down, which would’ve helped.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE
Car wash caused scratches on my new car
Talked to the cashier and said look your car wash has dirt or rocks or something that caused these scratches
Replied to me no way that's never happened before
Asked for an email or something I could lodge a complaint because it happened tonight
Pushed me off by telling me to call the number for the store and look for the manager who's in the morning. When pushed, he says the manager is out of town.
Shell is not willing to take responsibility for their services.

😡 Worst Shell Carwash there is in Markham do not even bother. Now to add to the lack of quality, they also sped up the track and therefore the car doesn't even have a chance to dry. Then when they were told of the issue they say it takes time to dry, while driving maybe LOL 🤦. Like you have never been to proper car washes before, very disappointing.

If you can’t hire competent employees to do their job close this gas station down.. asked to pump at pump one attendant put the gas to pump 2 .. training your employees is key

Car wash closed 1 hour before the sign stated hour. One staff says they always close at 11pm and the sign is wrong. The other staff says the car wash is broken. Someone is lying. Wasted a subscription day and the store will not compensate. Terrible service.
