“This was the first time of using courier services in Toronto. First of all, I came across one near Brimley and Huntingwood. Actually I visited the company twice but I got the same feedback from the same lady. She’s not interested in getting business. She’s even not interested to have conversation with me. She’s unfriendly, impatient, kind of rude too. Anyway, one of my friends knew that I needed to send out shipments. She suggested me to try SF Express 順豐快遞 which she sent a box to Hong Kong before.
Then I called SF, wow, my first conversation with Kelvin impressed me. He’s very patient and knowledgeable to explain the requirements, he even suggested where and what kind of boxes to buy for the shipment.
When I first went to SF, I was impressed by the clean and tidy office. Kelvin acted efficiently in dealing and checking thoroughly for my shipment. He re-packed a few smaller boxes into a bigger box for protecting my shipment. He also helped taking out some things that I would be penalized if they were shipped as is. Overall Kelvin is a very customer oriented, details oriented guy. SF should be proud and very happy to have him as he is such a dedicated employee!”
