My recent visit to Shoppers Drug Mart on Saturday was marked by exceptional customer service by Megna, Simon and Prem. I sought assistance with both a medication and a behind-the-counter product, and the staff's professionalism exceeded my expectations. The pharmacist provided detailed information about the medication, addressing my concerns with expertise and patience. Overall, the staff's commitment to customer care and their efficient service make Shoppers Drug Mart a reliable and customer-centric destination. I left the store feeling confident and grateful for the outstanding assistance I received and a huge thank you to Megna, Simon and Prem for providing an outstanding service.

The Pharmacy does not answer the Phone. They either don't care to answer the phone or are understaffed, an issue that needs to be addressed by the Owner if they are at all interested in running a Professional Medical Service Business.

No one at the pharmacy answer the phone, twice waiting 40 minutes with no response. Getting medication refill or getting someone to help you via phone, don't EVER expect it. Very inefficient staff, don't care about patients. Not sure why Shoppers run such low class pharmacy.

Watch the expiration dates if you shop here, they’ll sell expired milk, expired cheese as well as chocolating nearing its expiration date for FULL PRICE. If the manager cared to ensure checks were done to ensure quality that would be great. But It’s tacky to gift chocolate that’s expiring soon.

every single time I call this shoppers pharmacy they never answer. on multiple occasions I've been placed on hold for over 30 mins or had to call multiple times. also whoever is answering the phone is very rude.

My family and I went in for points redemption. We all enjoyed having Ariba (cosmetics/beauty) help us find fragrances. She took her time, gave us great suggestions, and we left the store super satisfied! Ariba, thank you!!

I came in today to purchase some eggs and was checking the boxes for any bad or cracked eggs and checked the bottoms of the eggs. One of the store staff started yelling my girlfriend and I accusing us of exchanging eggs across different boxes. When I tried to explain that I was only lifting them to check, they cut me off and continued to accuse me and tell me to just pick up another box if the one I have is not to my liking. Not giving me a chance to even explain myself that I was not moving them across boxes. Horrible experience, and I will not be coming to this location again.

First off a Cashier willfully verbally abused my wife in front of my 6 year old daughter. Had I been there the situation would have been different. After my wife asked about a price difference the cashier berated my wife and called her names .Going so far as to call her “ugly.” I mean, really?! and further went on to say that she does not get paid enough to deal with this S**T and claiming she is human. Not Sure why she needed to add all this commentary. The cashier is obviously suffering from mental health issues but that’s no excuse to traumatize a 6 year old. I am seriously wondering about the thought process of allowing that cashier to work with the public.

I went in to purchase an item from the beauty area and walked on to complete more purchases when a lady wearing a shoppers uniform yelled at me from across the store (about 20 feet) in front of other customers. "YOU CANT LEAVE WITH THAT,YOU HAVE TO PAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS AREA."I had never heard this before as I usually receive some kind of service in that area of the store. I do know that they are on commission, however they should be giving some kinds of service ? Am I wrong??? It was very embarrassing to me

I take a special rare time sensitive and temperature sensitive injectable medicine that was distributed through Innomar pharmacy in Burlington to this Shoppers. some of the pharmacy staff seems to be highly incompetent and irresponsible. They said the medication was not delivered by Fedex when I went to pick it up.. Few days later Innomar Pharmacy informed me it was delivered with tracking proof. When I went yesterday the socalled phamacist on duty Ms. Azadeh who was not in a mood to work, was grumpy, impolite and said she cannot give because it was not in a basket in the fridge bla bla bla and and refused to give me. She kept saying it is almost 9pm meaning as if they were going to close. I found out they are open till midnight.She proved she is very inefficient, unprofessional incompetent and selfish, and so moody. Another customer who asked for his medication, she clearly on purpose said 1 hour waiting when there were no other customers waiting. He got upset and left.This woman doesn't realize that peaple may need even life saving medication and she simply gives excuses being so rigid.Today another girl called me and said the medication was sitting for me infact, and after I gave a piece of my mind she agreed to deliver to me. Azadeh does not deserve to work in a palce like a pharmacy that dispenses time sensitive and some times life saving medications.I request the owner of this pharmacy to make sure this kind of incidents doesn't occur anymore.....

I just want to send a HUGE thank you to the Pharmacy attendant Anthony!! I have been searching desperately for a specific iron supplement and Anthony went the extra mile for me to order it and keep inventory in store for me!!!!! This was the kindest and most memorable experience I have ever had at a shoppers drug mart pharmacy. Thank you again!!!

I have been coming to this particular shoppers drug mart for a number of years, it’s convenient and the staff are all very helpful, one staff member that I have had the pleasure to meet is Safura, I find her incredibly diligent and polite, she goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that the customer is happy!!! Thank you very much safura for your incredible service!!!

I bought a gift card here, and there was a sticker on the information desk, which did not match the credit card information, so the card could not be used. I went back to talk to the clerk. At first, they did not believe me, and then I opened a gift card of the same type that was not sold on the spot, with the same problem. I only told myself to go back and call the customer service staff, which was none of their business. The staff here were extremely rude and unwilling to offer any help. The incident happened nearly two months ago, so I contacted the customer service staff,However, nearly two months have passed, and I still can't get my 400 dollars back, and the customer service is no longer willing to reply me for more than a month. I don't want the money, but I must remind you, what kind of company is this

One star is also high. The worst shop i have ever seen. Specially the pharmacy section. The staff literally just abuse the customers. I have seen how a lady staff abusing a very senior customer. The customer had tears. The owner must review the behavior of the staff. I felt very sad hence posting this

this store does not let us use coupons on clearances. the cashier was extremely rude and i explained to them the store will get money back from the coupons you submit. They refuse. so if you use coupons dont come to this store . not worth the time !
